Today alone I made spicy chicken cutlets with panko, brussel sprouts with garlic, 2 bags of pita chips with onion and garlic powder, and roasted carrots. On the plus side, I have not had any flaking on the basket. I got the liners and am not sure if that made a difference or if the fryer gave me a break because everything else was so horrible. I might give another fryer a chance, but will make sure to get one that a friend has used and can vouch for.

One thing to remember clean dripping on bottom of basket between batches of air frying, it will smoke if don’t remove grease collection on bottom of basket.
