Goal Zero Torch 500 vs Sofirn SP35

Maybe I have a bad unit, but the battery indicator always shows I have a full charge until the battery completely dies. It's accurate while charging but as soon as I take it off the plug, no battery how much charge is left it will always show 4 dots to indicate full charge. Goal Zero isn't a budget brand, they charge considerably above average for their products and usually deliver a superior product. Sad that they missed slightly on this one

I was really happy with this light, the interface is easy to understand and it’s very bright at the top end but also allows for lower power settings that are great and extend the battery life greatly. However I cannot get it to accept a charge. I bought a special 5V 2A charger just for this because that’s what it calls for and my assumed my other chargers were just putting out more Amps than the light wanted but it still will not charge. Going to try to contact the company, because this is a great light and I really want it to work
