 I definitely had it in my top three out of all the boards, all the brands there. What I liked about it, they did a really good job with the C3 camber on this board, so that's another factor that I didn't talk about. C3 camber from GNU and Lib, it's got a slight little bit of rocker that's hardly noticeable to the eye in the middle and then it cambers up under the feet at both sides and because they did it so subtly, loved it. The width of course, I always like boards that are a little wider than what are deemed average, so anything between 26 and 27 for me is sort of my sweet spot with a size 10

 The board also features magnet traction to enhance the edge hold even further. I enjoyed this profile. The board was fast edge-to-edge and full of energy coming out of turns. I found it to be damp but lively and very stable

 The Gremlin uses Mervin's C3 camber profile, very mild rockered between the feet, and camber to the tip and tail. This profile is designed for superior edge hold and aggressive snowboarding. The board also features magnet traction to enhance the edge hold even further. I enjoyed this profile

 It gives you the load and snap of traditional camber, but an ease of entry when you're loading into a turn, as well as giving it a better flat spot to pop off of. This board is available in 148, 152, 155, and 158. I rode this board at Loveland Ski Area in the pre-season on a 10-inch powder day, so there was fresh snow in the middle of the runs, perfect corduroy on the sides of it, average visibility, zero wind, colder temperatures, and I rode it with my Rome Black Label bindings and my K2 Thraxis boots. This board has an ever so slightly above middle of the road directional flex, so you do get a softer nose stiffening up through the middle to the tail with a decent amount of torsional flex

It's not like mind-blowing, it's there, you notice it, there's boards with more and there's boards with less, and the stability of this board is pretty dang solid. With that wider platform, it cuts through crud, it doesn't get bucked around

 When you're on edge, you feel locked in, and that magnet traction grips. When you're in firm snow, you feel locked in, and you can really drive this board. You can push into that C3 camera profile and feel that hinge point flex the board, which gives you from the middle to the back contact point this edge that you can lock in and drive out of a carve, but it still initiates off the front. Like I said, it's quick and nimble, so that transition from toe to heel is very smooth

 This board features Mervin's C3 camber profile, which is a camber 2.0 with a hinge point right between the feet, and then it comes down and kind of mellows out before the up kick in the tip of the tail. It gives you the load and snap of traditional camber, but an ease of entry when you're loading into a turn, as well as giving it a better flat spot to pop off of.  And when it comes to flex, you've got just such a cool flex. But if you wanted to power through like some hard bumps or some bumpy terrain, and you really just wanted to just jam through it, it's going to buck and bounce you around. But it turns through messy snow and tracked up snow really well if you slow it down and you just want to go edge to edge really quick and avoid those messy spots and weaving it out of moguls or something like that. This does an amazing job here, and it doesn't get cranky, so that's good

 When it comes to edge hold, it's pretty good. It can handle some hard snow. There's no visible disruption that I can see, so whatever's going on is subtle but working. And I liked it in hard snow

Telos BackSlash 2021-2023 Snowboard Review

 This board is available in 143, 148, 153, and 158. I rode this board at Steamboat Ski Resort with overcast skies, moderate to high winds, there was like heavy chunder snow, ice, I think it might have rained on the lower mountain and then there was fresh light powder at the top of the mountain, windblown powder, little more ice and chunder and I rode it with my Rome Black Label bindings and my K2 Thraxis boots. This board has that standard middle of the road volume shifted predictable flex to it. It is directional so you do get a little bit more flex in the nose where that rocker section is and then it's stiffer through that camber section with a noticeable amount of torsional give but it's not overwhelming or crazy demanding
