Got the QC25 earbuds too and they are a waste of time and money imo. Much better of getting the Fiio FH3, at least for me - cheaper and better noise cancelling even if its only passive, not to mention they also sound way above their price point (150ish).

Hello everyone 👋,
A couple weeks ago I got the idea to buy a pair of wireless headphones to wear at school. I have both autism and add so I'm quickly overwhelmed, this can sometimes even lead me to start crying. Therefore a well working nose canceling headset seems important to me.

A week ago I bought the Sony xm4. I sent them back. There's this annoying wind sound in the right ear that pisses me off. I also felt that, though they were great, they weren't worth the price.

Before I bought these, I used the galaxy buds. So I will be using this as a refrence point.

I'm looking for a wireless headset that has noise canceling which is at least as good as the galaxy buds. Sony's ANC almost felt like too much sometimes, if that makes sense.
When it comes to audio quality I'm not the pickiest, I don't need the newest generations sennheiser, for me noise canceling and comfort is more important. If it's at least as good as the buds then I'm happy.
I'm willing to spend 300 euros because this will be important for me. The headphones need to be durable because I will use them everyday and a lot. Sony's felt way too weak for such a price. 

Personally I was thinking about either bose QC II or Bose 700, but I'm curious to your suggestions.



Ps. I got ridd of the buds because at low volume (or in between songs) they make this annoying crackling sound.

Wireless headphone advice for an autistic person with add

  Third: hats off to all the audio companies and audio engineers out there, getting us amazing audio quality at great prices.  The review:  This is my first hybrid earphone. Based on stellar reviews on Amazon.com I had high hopes for the FH3 to complement a Sennheiser CX 400 BT (true wireless) for long listening sessions, as the Sennheiser becomes uncomfortable fairly quickly

 I give the edge to the Sennheiser for an unbeatable sound especially for a wireless earphone selling for $99-$129. Hopefully this gives you an accurate idea of what to expect from these earphones.  It is less detailed in the treble, but in my opinion it sounds more pleasant in the mids and highs, and has a bigger soundstage. Unfortunately it is less comfortable than the Fiio. So here it is, Fiio wins on comfort, bass, details/resolution of highs. Senns winn on convenience, vocals, mids and overall sound signature

Good but not great sound

I just purchased the FiiO FH3, based on a ton of reviews these things are supposed to be amazing. They're supposed to have great bass quality, clarity, etc.

  All-in-all, I think these are fantastic for the price. Especially for the fact that these are modular.  Tl;dr - Returning my AirPods Pro and keeping these.

 I like my bass tho.  I found that the Pro’s are more convenient, however, at the sacrifice of sound quality. They have built-in mics, ANC, and they’re wireless. However, I found ways that these Fiio’s overcame those conveniences for me

Good quality earbuds, not worth the money

  As of 5/18/21 Headphones are still working great with no issues, guess first batch was defective.

Currently giving a 5 star but may adjust later after some time of use to account for wear and tear. However right out of the box these sound amazing.  Edit after a week of use. Audio was amazing when it worked, then it stopped working correctly on the left side

 Resulting in hearing more bass in one ear causing huge imbalance. As far as durability went id have to give it a 1 star since I used these for 2-3 hours every other day for a week of ownership. Will update once I receive replacements and see how long those last.  It doesn't seem as compelling of a purchase. Now, the sound is an upgrade over the Mi Audios. Don't get me wrong, but I don't think the premium and the fact that it's a Sony pair of earphones really justify the jump in cost. So are the extra little details and branding worth it to you?  It's minimalist, it's clean, it's simple. Anyway, it has a pretty simple layout in its design and really really a standard wireless bluetooth earphone kind of design. It has two earphones, obviously, and two pods that contain the internals of the device, the battery and the controls. On the left pod, you have the controls of the device, the charging port and a microphone for calls

BEST BLUETOOTH EARPHONES?!- Sony WI XB400 Review

I tried the Sony WI-XB400 and they were ok but lost connection often and they were super long. It looks like the Veats and all the others that clip together are also really long.

5 isn't an option and I'm use to audiophile purchases and hearing the color of sound, but realize how the supply chain works today and manufacturing that for the purpose they would do the trick and if I feel I need headphone's to play records or a physical media medium vs. UDP (best effort) streaming where packets are going missing with wireless to bluetooth and all the network hops before it, well then I'll just hook the turn tables up and order whatever vinyl or get a dedicated device for it, but chances are I'll stick to the home theater setup and speakers I had to drive to pick up where voice coils and speakers were still handmade for under 50k each. Since I don't know if the ANC really works better as I haven't found a reason to upgrade and compare and the only issue I have with these is that on calls I sometime forget that the wire has the mic on it and or service might be a bit light down here that I'll have to turn them off and then your normal bluetooth pairing to the proper device and crowded unlicensed spectrum interference that I can't really blame Sony for what I've consulted clients on for a decade+ about with wireless speakers and other products when they say they want a setup that sounds better then mine until they'd have to actually spend the $ and not know what for as they don't appreciate the audio as I once did, but rarely find the time or content these days to be concerned with it along with the fact that networks drop packets and streaming via UDP not TCP is designed to handle dropped packets mixed with the fact that I realized the picture looks fake to me on certain displays at times, but that is because it is, since most is designed with digital tools and is just me being the old fart that one would argue on message boards that digital w/o the static in a lossless format is the best medium where the old timers would say vinyl and not let it go, but until I understood what the color of sound really was when listening to vinyl I had to search the globe for much of it and risk buying a used piece to get the 90's grunge or numetal I think it is referred to as today in a world of mostly rap and poorly mastered dubstep at one point where a mixtape CD ruined the competition car audio as the track was so distorted that lovely smell came, but the kill switch saved 1 sub which only from SPL and the smell that comes with fried electronics did I know to kill it, but had to be sure later and it was and fried the rest =/ Battery life on these seems more then suitable for the day, keep your ears clean and remember that others are around you and moving objects for some of you and these do the job just fine, sleeping in them might not always be the most comfortable, but I usually wake up drool down my face and someone yelling as I have my face smashed in the pillow when I sleep well, even though I'm not sure how I breath and sleep that way, plus w/o the cord I'm not sure I'd be able to those small ear buds out if I used it and had to grab it with scratching it with something if pushed to far in, for those of you heavy sleepers once you are asleep. If they break I'll update this otherwise 4

Sound good and do the job for playing music and making calls wo the phone in hand all the time. Purchased to try help focus while working from home and not be distracted as easily along with being a big time Sony product owner (think back to the walkman no not the CD one but the cassest sports one) for both home audio and video among other things as they still work and provided great picture quality for the CRT's way back then. Wasn't expecting much as they are sort of wireless and for the price under $30 at the time, but was pleasantly surprised and knew I lose headsets rather often so getting the Plantronics's for my desk could wait to see if I even ended up using these. The only thing to be aware of (they don't make the claim and for the price and Brand loyalty I went w/o the ANC and charging case that the ear buds usually come with)

I bought this to replace my SBH70 that I loved for years but needed something with plugs to stop outside noise. The sound is great and battery lasts me at least ten hours a charge. The length of the wires is perfect for the earbuds to sit inside of a chest pocket when bot in use. Buttons are fairly easy to use while wearing gloves

Excellent headset for music

 Overall the fit and finish is fine apart from one major flaw. That is when this earphone is around my neck, if only one bud is in my ear, the other one's weight will pull it towards it. This wasn't happening on the bullet's wireless as the band had gripped rubber to avoid sliding. Apart from that, I have no complaints

 And it gets pretty loud and there is no buzz on the higher volume levels. So this is a solid earphone if you're looking for something which has good sound quality. Moving on to its connectivity, it has a very wide range when it comes to connectivity, but the problem is the pairing process. It's a hit or miss most times, I keep switching between my laptop and phone and each time I have to connect it, it is a hassle

 I'm happy to say that it will last you a complete day of usage. And to top it up, it uses USB type C and has quick charging as a bonus. So you will have no problems when it comes to its battery performance. Finally we have pricing and is it worth it? It is priced for about 2400 to 2700 depending on the color
