Decent black nylon sheath that I would judge to be 600 denier cordura with a sharpening stone pouch. I would highly recommend attaching a paracord wrist lanyard; as a wet hand and heavy knife may decide to fly around the campsite. You wont be disappointed!

i beat on it all weekend long ( batoning, shaving, carving, and even small to medium chopping) and it passed every test at the campsite. holds its edge well as i have not needed to sharpen yet. the only complaint, and it doesnt bother me much at all, is that it does not stay in the sheath when opened and held upside down. the slightest of shakes and the blade fell out ( watch out for your toes if you try this test!), otherwise i love this little knife have recommended it to a few friends

Why four stars? Because off the bat I know the velcro of the sheath isn't large or sticky after a month. I'll change if I'm proven wrong, but that was the only real problem with the previous knife..
