 At 95mm underfoot, the Dictator 2.0X is a versatile off-piste performer that's more than capable in deep snow but you might want something a little wider if you're heading in the direction of Japanese powder. All in all, a really solid, if not particularly playful ski that will satisfy powerful, confident female skiers. Whilst it definitely requires a solid drive, if you like to be in the front then you'll be pleased with how the Dictator 2

0X is a classic freeride, flat tail ski that demands to be skied with power, commitment and grandes cojones (or the female equivalent). With two layers of Titanal surrounding a lightweight poplar/paulownia core, the Dictator 2.0X has been built with strength and stability in mind and delivers excellent edge hold if you fully commit to the carve.          

 All in all, a really solid, if not particularly playful ski that will satisfy powerful, confident female skiers. Whilst it definitely requires a solid drive, if you like to be in the front then you'll be pleased with how the Dictator 2.0X responds.

 I've always been a fan of the CT range whether it be a 3 or the 2, I've kind of played between the 2 and depending whether you want the 3 for more sort of like more off piste, more playing in the backcountry or you want the 2 which is going to give you more drive on the piste. This one's my pick of the bunch, Manor 2, really really good and Faction have done a cracking job with the graphics this season.  Looks super super smart, we got a chance to try them out, I'm absolutely loving the amount of pop you get off this ski and how really it's designed for someone that's looking for a free ride ski so not a full on sort of park ski but something free ride but has aspirations to get in the park and to play around and do some like big mountain kickers and off the side of the mountain and just having fun and it works so so well. I'll show you the profile of the ski so you can see there's a fair amount of camber underfoot but you've got your rocker on the tip here and actually what I notice most about the camber is that there's loads of loads of life in it and actually even just pushing it down in the shop here you can feel it actually compress quite hard and really pop back out so it's nice and nice and springy and that's what you want from this style of ski, you want to be able to you know hit kickers and stuff and know that you're going to get loads of pop and lift off the ski and yet it's got a nice side cut, it's a poplar wood core so it's nice and light, it's not too heavy and Faction have done a great job with this range.
