First Ride On The Exway Wave Cruiser Electric Skateboard

 You can toggle turbo mode on and off. Having it on will maximize your top speed potential while having it off will maximize the amount of range that you can get. It has a smart turn on feature, which means that when you turn the remote on, it will automatically turn the board on. Usually, eSkaters will have to turn the remote on and the board on separately

 Starting at $699 US dollars for the hub motor version and $749 for the right kit setup, the amount of value that you get out of this electric skateboard, I think is a no brainer. But I'm gonna show you the ups and the downs in this Exway Wave review so you can make your mind up for yourself. I'll take you through all of the performance tests, including the range test and the top speed test in just a sec. But first I wanna show you some of the extra cool features that the Exway Wave has so that you can really understand why I love this board so much

My Favourite Short Electric Skateboard - No Fluff, Just Facts

 And I mean, $827, a little steep in that price, but for what you get, integrated tail light, big motors, selectable wheels, swappable battery, a really nice, comfortable deck, a kicktail that also has a swappable puck on the back there. So if you do burn out that puck there by scraping it, you can swap that out. There's just a lot of really nice features inside this board that I can't recommend enough, but the $827 price range is a little bit more expensive than anticipated. But I just think you got to take the pros with the cons

 I think Exway has really gone above and beyond as far as creating one of these boards that allows you to swap the batteries, but then also keep the ESC completely separated, which does also have the integrated tail light you saw there as well. I think it's just a really cool feature. I mean, I wish more boards did it these days, and I wish there was more of a standard that had these built in tail lights or these built in features that just give you a little bit more of a personality with these boards. It makes Exway stand out a little bit beyond the competition when it comes to this situation

 It's able to be able to throw in your backpack, the trunk of your car and be able to pick up and run with you. So I mean, over a board that's also at this price range, you can find something that has a much longer range per se. But again, you can also pick up another battery and just swap it out. So at this point I have 20ish to 22, 20 miles of range with two batteries

 If you're going around and you're hitting bumps, you're hitting cracks, especially on sidewalks. A little bit of flex is super super nice for comfort a ride, especially if you're gonna really test that and go 14 miles, you're gonna hit that range. You want a flexible deck? To me, it is. My favorite is to have a little bit of flexibility I like a little bit of rigidness and this kind of is a mix of both

I did get this in I guess a couple days ago I took it for one ride and let me tell you, it actually does a fantastic job of channeling all the air around you because I'll tell you man, it's hot as hell out here in South Texas and I was thinking oh man, I don't I don't know if I'm gonna because what's cool about is you can click this apart so you can break this down if you want to ride what you don't have to ride with goggles. but I'm gonna do it because it looks badass
