I feel like I noticed a bit more uneven texture in my breakout prone areas after using this, but it could just as easily have been due to all the humidity and sweat on my skin since I was outside while wearing it! I think this does an admirable job of both moisturizing and protecting, hence the 4 stars. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because I haven't noticed any noticeable change in my skin. It does the job without causing problems, but it's not a miracle worker - at least not yet. I also very much appreciate that it is paraben-free, as I try to avoid endocrine disruptors in my skincare as much as possible
