1 sound is great and I generally like the device, but considering its high price, you really need a reason to get it.

Welcome to this review on the Sennheiser Gsx1000. I bought it because the soundcut of my motherboard didn't work properly and the space on the main board for a sound card was already taken by a Wi-fi card. All you need to do is connecting the Gsx1000 via Usb to your computer and start using it. You can change the equalizer between Esport music story and normal

 It can be angled for a better sight of the display, but again, it's not well grounded. The I/o is at the back, which cleans up the face of the unit with a micro. USB For power, we have headphone and mic inputs plus an additional 3.5 millimeter audio source they they call for loud speakers for example

 The same goes for their new GSP 300 headset and my other non gaming paired the HD 598. All sound absolutely phenomenal through the amp. You get more breathing room for higher volumes with no distortions. and I would say the majority of mid-range headphones would be a fantastic fit with the GS X 1000

 It does sound clean and there's no hiss. But I wish that it was a little bit more detailed in the voice because when I connected to the my motherboard, it sounds a lot better because there is no processing involved and so this is what the microphone sounds. Now when connected to my motherboard, it's a little bit more natural sounding, but just notice how much more background noise. There is

This Headphone Amp will Blow Gamers' Minds!!!

 I am forced to keep the MIDI utility open at all times in macOS so I can manually drag the sliders for each channel (luckily 2 and not 7.1 as advertised) one-by-one. This may not be a huge flaw for all who are considering this DAC/amp for Windows-only use, but multi-OS support was one of my primary criteria.

 In reality, it has "virtual" surround sound. I've played around with virtual surround sound in software for other DACs in the past and have NOT been impressed. That said, the implementation in this DAC, despite the limited configuration, is on another level. When combined with the reverb setting, I often can't tell the difference between the virtual surround with my headphones and my actual (very good) home theater setup

 I was willing to sacrifice some features to accomplish this goal. The limited configuration of a driverless DAC was an acceptable tradeoff for multi-OS support. I was also looking for an easy way to switch between high impedance headphones and bookshelf speakers. Overall, this DAC/amp works well in Windows, with the limited configuration options expected of a driverless DAC

OK overall - Don't buy for macOS

  Functionality: it has no mute button. This is kind of a big deal! The touch controlled sound settings are fun, and some of them are even useful, but there's no mute button, which would blow all of them away in terms of usefulness. Now I have to set up a keyboard macro to mute the chat software I'm using, which is not ideal for any number of reasons.  Sound quality is good, but weirdly, voice monitoring is ridiculously tinny

 My previous in-line amp was a fraction of the cost and far more usable (although admittedly it had fewer 'features').  Setup is wonky, but I blame that on Windows -- I've never had an easy time swapping audio devices in Windows and this thing is no exception. Sennheiser is serious about the no USB hubs thing -- if you need one, don't buy this. I'm not super happy about that, as I sit a good distance away from a large monitor, but the warning is clear enough

 Now I have to set up a keyboard macro to mute the chat software I'm using, which is not ideal for any number of reasons.  Sound quality is good, but weirdly, voice monitoring is ridiculously tinny. I don't get complaints, so I think it's just the feedback, not the actual microphone quality, but the monitoring has three settings: none, faint, and ROBOT OVERLORD. I'm just about used to 'faint' now, but it took a while

Expensive headset amp functions acceptably

 Not sure what Sennheiser was thinking when they designed this aside from, "Lets slap a gaming tag on it and charge extra for a $50 card at most". The lack of a program to modify sound profiles already makes it underwhelming but the preset profiles are also terrible. The chat volume wheel which is one of the main reason I bought this amp over other amps is practically useless since it doesn't change a broad range of volume only modifying volume by 30% at most. There's no way to change it's range that I've found either

The A10 produces clean, powerful sound even through large speakers, and its design is irresistible—but it lacks features like Bluetooth and tone controls.

This amplifier certainly amplifies and that's nice. The sound coming through is good enough to me though I don't have anything more expensive to compare it to. However, after 6 months of owning it, one of the RCA jacks is cutting out so I have to position the cord just right to get a full sound. I believe this is in the unit because I've tested with different cables, on different devices, and switching one speaker between the 2 jacks to make sure it isn't my speakers

Eh, it's okay but I'd recommend otherwise

 My previous desktop amp from SMSL died after 8 months. I hope this LOXJIE lasts much longer.

Great Little Amp

This thing is small maybe that's my 1 critique, that cables are hard to manage because it's triangle back panel is congested. Otherwise the Loxjie A10 is sleek, powerful enough for my Boston HD5s and fits right on a desktop. Id suggest this thing to anyone looking for a desktop power Amp without breaking the bank.  Edit: I have had this thing for a year or so now and it has started to produce static noise
