Like barely touching the tip of the brush onto the product and then I blend it out as much as possible. It works this way for me. It will last a super long time.

I have oily eyelids as well and have used the KVD Beauty tattoo liner for years and I’ve never had it smudge!

I usually purchase the milani dark brown pencil which is perfect color for my skin tone (sort of milk chocolate). I wanted to try something else so I purchased the elf brow cream in light brown after reading the reviews that said the dark brown was more black. The light brown was still too dark for my skin so It didn't work for me even after blending out it was still noticeably different from my brow. Other than the fact that elf cant seem to get the colors right, the brow cream glides on very well and is easy to apply, it also has a nice creamy consistency not dry at all

I’m terrible with makeup in general, but I found the application of this eyeliner super easy to use! Some of the reviews said that the applicator was hard but I didn’t notice a difference between this application and the applicator from other brands. I only gave it a star off because it wasn’t waterproof and it got all over my eyelids doing other aspects of my makeup (take this with a grain of salt, I’m bad at makeup). Color is great and it’s easy to use!
