  I strong suspect at only 2 years of service the critical shock absorbers have gone.  BUT of course our 2 year warranty ended just a month earlier! Bought April 1 2020 and hearing it now Late April 2022.  Which Electrolux would have at least provided free shock absorber replacements that I could have installed.  These shocks should not have gone after only 2 years :( and Electrolux should at least cover the replacement part

 (They take longer to wash and used more water to run than if you did not have the feature and could increase the water temperature). Also there is no pre-wash cycle to soak clothes before washing.  By playing with the options, she found a work-around for both her complaints.

 I like everything about it. It definitely is high efficiency um. It doesn't like use to me a lot of water or anything like that. My bill hasn't been crazy or anything like that, so it's doing a job there, the perfect steam

 So if you want your clothes to have like a light refresh, sometimes i use the dryer instead of um. Actually ironing it comes in really handy, and you know it. It has saved me a lot of time as far as cleaning and everything like that. As far as like you know, washing cleaning stuff, it really does the job, and this is a huge energy saver

 Of course, you don't want your dryer using electricity and still going if the clothes in there are dry. And i like how um, let me show you the inside, and this is the same type of deal also like i have my dryer going this way because, of course, i'm going to be loading the clothes in that way. So this is what it looks like on. The inside also, let me show you the settings up here so pretty much like um there's a setting for heavy towels allergens

 It has saved me a lot of time as far as cleaning and everything like that. As far as like you know, washing cleaning stuff, it really does the job, and this is a huge energy saver. As i said, because your dryer is not going uh for long periods of time like if everything is specific, if you have heavy towels or like maybe comforters, or something like that, it's gon na get the job done, just set it to heavy uh, towels and stuff. For the dryer I went with gas instead of electric.  The gas dryer was slightly more expensive but I already had the hookups for both and the conventional wisdom seemed to suggest that gas is more efficient (the trend in my energy bill seems to show this is true).  Out of all the features I think the best is that I can open the dryer door to the side to unload it, then I can close and reopen it from the top to load it.  It's easily my favorite feature

  For a top loader it is quite efficient on water and the downward trend in my quarterly water bill seems to confirm that.  One more good thing about our new LG is the spin cycle has some mechanism to offset an imbalanced load and the only way I can get it to go off balance is if I put something ridiculously huge like a heavy blanket in there all by itself.

 You just turn the machine on, put a detergent plug into the drum, load, dial up your clothing match, and press the run button. The washer appears to have some AI that checks the washer load to see if any timing adjustment is needed off the baseline you dialed in, but maybe that is my imagination. Point is anyone can use these with great precision without any effort. Kind of makes up for the crappy manuals

 2. no-brainer operation. If you are not into all the options worry not, you don't really need them. There are so many presets on the dial, you almost can't fail to find a setting that works for whatever you are cleaning

It is hard to judge without a side-by-side comparison, and maybe we over stuffed to old guy whish is why it had some problems, and I could in fact stuff more into the new machine if I wanted
