Electrolux EFLS210TIW vs LG WM4000H

We bought the Washer/Dryer combination for our new condo because we needed a ventless system. We are thrilled with our purchase! They look so good we decided not to hide them behind doors but to make them a feature of our guest wing.

We try to stop the cycle and pushing hard on the door slowed the spewi g water to a heavy trickle.

I bought this a few months ago and it's been good to me. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it is small. Overall experience has been good nonetheless

So maybe I am over stating this negative. 4. 4.5 cubic feet ain't as big as it sounds

The first machine delivered was defective (leaked water into the drum between washes). The replacement machine provides such little water that clothes are just not cleaned. There are no suds. I am all for HE, but this is ridiculous

For a top loader it is quite efficient on water and the downward trend in my quarterly water bill seems to confirm that. One more good thing about our new LG is the spin cycle has some mechanism to offset an imbalanced load and the only way I can get it to go off balance is if I put something ridiculously huge like a heavy blanket in there all by itself.
