I want to like this pedal but I just couldn’t get into the sound. Upon first glance it seems like something that will give you some really unique sounds but ultimately I found this pedal to really box me in. The shimmer sound is pretty much one way and makes everything you put into it (guitar, synth, vocals, literally everything) sound the same. Additionally you can’t get a full 100% wet sound

My only complaint is the price on this. It has some great sounds that i havent found elsewhere, but $200 is pretty steep for this pedal. Im not sure why their is such a huge cost on this

October of 2018 I do see both versions on new neighbors shop on its website So the mark 2 is a little bit more expensive. They're both what I would call premium priced So I think that's a decision you'll have to make they both are awesome reverbs And if you want the newer features that are part of the mark 2 it's definitely worth considering Paying the small amount more to get it. You haven't already done
