Are anyone of the Active 75t users feeling a crackling or hissing sound in left earbuds after the update ?

So I replaced my previous Jabra Elite Active 75t sports for a new one since the other one had the said issue on the left earbud and it's ANC was working poorly. Today I got my replacement and I was careful enough to use it first without updating to observe the sound quality and ANC improvement (wrt to previous one I had). After the update I saw that ANC has improved but the crackling sound started appearing in the left earbud. Hey u/jabrasupport , has Jabra acknowledged this issue assuming it is widespread and will there be a firmware update in the upcoming days ?

Like really surprising. They're clear, balanced, and hold decent bass. I actually really like how music sounds. Noise cancellation is adequate for everyday sounds

I can't wait until I get to go on a 12-14 hour plane ride and not have my ears ache. * Buttons can be painful to press -- feels like you're jamming the buds into your ear. Active 75t: Seems that it's a bit easier to press but I still have this issue. * Base seems to be lacking but you can modify it via the music equalizer in the app

It happens on every level of noise cancelling, between 'hear-through', 'ANC', and 'off'. They Won't Always Stay In. Again, I bought these to replace my gym earbuds, and am disappointed that they don't stay put as well as my previous pair, despite being marketed as 'active'. Not as great as I expected

I didn’t notice a change with ANC on but hear-through is effective. The battery lasts a while. My ears start to ache after a few hours so I don’t ever have them in long enough to drain the battery. The case is sturdy and the material coating the buds and case feels soft and sleek

I have owned Edifier TWS5, TSW1, Samsung Galaxy Buds 2, Plus, Pro, Earfun Air Pro, Sony WF-1000XM4, Sennheiser CX, TW Momentum 2, Soundcore Liberty Air 2 Pro, Jabra Elite 3, and Jabra Elite 7 Pro. Liberty 3 Pro:. Fit 8/10: Was a little confused at first but after getting the right size tips and earwings and simply doing what the instructions say (insert at the correct angle and twist), they stay in good and are comfortable. Jabra Elite 3 and 7 Pro win here for ease and comfortability overall but these are fine

Not Recommended for the price.

-Connectivity issues/built in software- Everytime you would put the headphones down on a table and pick them back up to answer a call or watch a video it would start playing music. MASSIVE DOWNSIDE! If i disconnect and reconnect by using the earbuds and not he case it would only play sound in one ear and not the other. I would have to disconnect and reconnect in order to get both working. Nice headphones hobbled by bugs

The previous model, the 65t, were just slightly too big and made my ears hurt after just 5–15 minutes. Same with other Bluetooth headphones. The 75t are comfortable enough for me to wear for hours. * The small charging case is pretty great

Switched to speaker as other end of call kept missing parts of what I said. I think I might prefer a earbud design similar to my old Jabra Bluetooth with an ear wrap around because these and the last pair more typically designed are not secure unless I am seated at a desk without alot of movement. That aside they are pretty comfortable. Usually for me wired or not earbuds are too big and resulting in limited duration in ability to wear them without the distraction of discomfort

Great Overall User Experience

* Fairly comfortable for hours of daily usage. My inner ears do get a bit itchy now and then, but it's not painful to wear for extended usage. * User controls on the buttons -- including volume control. Once you learn the controls they are very helpful
