Pros: Very nice and compact. Cons: does not tell what temp it is one has to use own thermometer to fudge where to turn cold knob to. Also, although extremely well packaged, it did arrive with a ding which mss as manufacturer should address by adding protection to especially the front.

- I plugged it in and within an hour it was down to negative -10 degrees so far so good.

Due to this being the last chest freezer in stock across a dozen of retailers I decided to risk it, verse pay the price gauging prices of people selling the same or similar ones for double on Facebook marketplace and craigslist. 

Bought this to help store additional food as we are a family of 5 and constantly running low on freezer space. Was happy to find that this was still in stock as most chest style freezers are currently sold out everywhere you look since people are stocking up due to COVID-19. Saw the reviews which were 2.9 stars at the time and jumped right the the negative to see what peoples issues were

The first freezer came in severely damaged. The oil had leaked out of the compressor all over the box and there were many dents all over the freezer. I contacted Amazon and they were very quick to send another freezer right out and had the other one picked up the next day. The 2nd freezer came in and was dented in the front, down towards the bottom but it worked fine and has been working good ever since

I have read other reviews about this same unit on other websites and the same thing, they all come in damaged/ dented up, so from the looks of the outside of the box it appears that they're being damaged at the factory and not in shipping

This review is for the KTCF195 7.0 Cubic Foot model. The freezer arrived quickly and with no noticeable damage. Shipping container was fairly sturdy while keeping the size of the shipping box small
