Before receiving these in the mail, I worried about how I'd mount them, as they're shaped so that the sound aims upwards towards a user when placed on a desk, and I would be placing them above a curved section of gear cluster with the drivers aimed 45 degrees outwards from myself. As it turns out, this doesn't even matter for me, as they aren't inherently clear enough to lose much clarity from bouncing off other surfaces in a small area such as in the cabin of a car, and so I didn't bother mounting them to face me. Overall, I'd rather listen to the car's built-in speakers

  These speakers are exactly what I expect $40 speakers to sound like. Their biggest crime is that they are extremely bright (very pronounced mid-highs), so if you like rock or metal, you're going to have a bad time; when I'm in my car, I tend to consume content with lots of human speech (bright speakers are great for speech) and I otherwise often listen to synth-heavier music, so I'm overall fine with this sound profile for my use. Fine, not good

 It's just not amazing. It's alright bass. I needed these because the stereo I had in the bedroom is way too loud, the bass is too strong (Not too mention I cannot adjust the bass level) and I do not want to bother my neighbors. These work just fine and I like how portable they are

I'm picky about my music quality and bass, and these are alright. Some people said there was little to no bass, and that's not true at all. It's just not amazing. It's alright bass

Minimalist speakers like the Creative Pebble V3

 There is a switch on the bottom that supposedly makes it handle with the lower power, but honestly, just don't... Direct connect via USB3 port, and turn on Bass Boost in windows sound properties and get decent volume with decent sound quality

 I have these connected via USB3. Why is that a "caveat" as I call it? When connecting via regular USB, there just isn't enough power to make these things sound good, and I even had connectivity issues that way. There is a switch on the bottom that supposedly makes it handle with the lower power, but honestly, just don't.

Decent Sound, Solid for Price, one small caveat

Okay, please do not expect sound like bose or sonos quality. They get the job done sound quality is good not great. I do like that they are compact do not take to much space on my desk.

These Speakers Look Pretty Decent, But Super Short Cords Make Arranging Difficult-But For $10 It Could Be Worse -Grade C!

Updated: Initially, the speakers were too bassy. These speakers were for my computer. I looked for an equalizer software app for the computer, so I could adjust the treble up. Realtek Audio is supposed to be on Windows 10 but I didn't have it, so I downloaded it

 Didn't expect these to be great, not even good, considering the price by I was surprised by just how cheap they sound. I'm guessing there is a scrawny little one inch speaker inside each enclosure. If you only have one PC (or one set of speakers) don't get these because you will be replacing them after a week or two. I'm only keeping them because hooking them up and routing the wires was enough work that it's not worth it to get another cheap set just to learn they don't sound any better
