I ALWAYS test my new RAM, especially since I don't pay for the most expensive brands (Though Corsair is a quality brand) , and I get the fastest RAM that can work in my machine. That last usually is *cheaper* as well (since newer and larger volume produced?). 32 GB futureproofs my computer for running VMs and has heatsinks for robustness

At the XMP rated 3600 Mhz speed, memory test fails and Windows crashes with BSOD. The only stable speed was 3200 Mhz with poor latency (XMP profile for 3200 has tighter latency) NOT Recommended. I would never buy another Patriot product. They sell a 3200 part as 3600
