Columbia Bora Bora II Booney vs Pendleton The Original Westerley

I returned this item because I needed a wide brim hat that would cover the back of my neck on sunny days. The 3" brim on this hat did not appear to be sufficient. I found another hat with a 4" brim on Amazon. It was actually a better deal, costing me $9 versus the $22 for this Columbia hat

I've had my eye on this sweater for a long time and finally picked it up on a nice sale. Was very surprised by the weight of it upon trying it on, it is heavy without feeling cumbersome, and is certainly very warm. Was also very surprised that the sweater runs large, I generally order a 3xl for jackets/sweaters, but purchased this one in a 2xl, and it still feels a little big on me, ordering down a size is a must even for us bigger guys.

The Mrs. wouldn't get it for me for multiple years of Bdays/Christmas, so When It dropped near a $100 in price (Mid Nov 2020), I got myself a gift! Normally a XL for outerwear/sweaters, got a large and it fits perfect, not too big or small. - I was worried about it being wool, but if the dude can abide in it, I can too! I think it helps regulate my temp well, hard to explain, but I run hot all the time

Love this hat for comfort and versatility. I initially bought it for hiking, which I do use it for, but love working in my yard and having this to shade my neck and face. The chin slide is sufficient. The head has an adjust slide on the back which is useful

First off, you will instantly identify yourself to other Lebowski aficionados, or Achievers. It's very comforting and warm, which will be wonderful on a cold, moonless prairie night. I normally wear a 3XL, and the 2XL size allows me to zip the sweater up with room to spare. Buying this in July of 2020, during the heat of the summer probably won't allow me to wear it much, but my morning excursion to get some breakfast was much nicer with this sweater

Lightweight and comfortable. Only four stars due to price, even though it is one of the least costly in this category.
