Cnoc Vecto vs Hydro Flask Standard Mouth

So far, I have taken this out on a few day hikes and can say that it works very well and I have not noticed any leaks and it pairs well with the Sawyer Mini. I did notice that there are some space between the thread and the thread base, so plenty of room to be compatible with other twist-on filers. Lastly, I even tested it out as a water storage bag with about 1 liter of water in my back for a few miles back to the trail head. Initially I experienced some water soaking through the pack and onto my my backside, it appeared to be leaking from the cap, however when I tightened the cap further and no leak for the last mile or so

The size is perfect: holds just the right amount of water without creating too much weight to carry on any trail. My only worry is I saw some bottles in the store that had some deep scratches and dents in them. I am sure they probably fell off the shelf. Mine did not have any issues but I worry about the rugidness of the bottle against abuse

Ok, so I haven't used the item yet, but I bought it because of what it can do and how it can do it and I know it's going to be awesome! Can't wait to take it on the trail with me.

I was watching for condors, staring up instead of watching my feet, so I stumbled from time to time. I mention all this because I have had many water bottles over the years ejected from the pocket on my backpack when I stumble. I generally don’t notice the loss while I’m trying to avoid a faceplant. So, in addition to the bottle holding a good amount of water, keeping the water cold, and not leaking, that strap on the top serves very well for restraining the bottle with one of the straps on the backpack
