The only minor nitpick negative I can think of is the zippers don't have metal pull tabs as you would expect. The pull is via cords, and I'm not sure how long they'll stay on, but I'd be careful not to pull on them too hard. Overall I would highly recommend picking one up!

I've been on the search for an affordable, commuter-friendly backpack and this is the one! I love that it has a good amount of structure and the straps are very supportive. It is also very water-resistant, so I don't have to worry about my laptop or papers getting wet. This has been very comfortable to wear as a petite person!

All in all, it’s a great travel bag, not sure how it would hold up as an education support bag with books. But for holding a laptop and other personal effects for travel, it has been great. Hopefully it lasts long term, only time will tell.

It’s made getting slightly larger objects harder to get in my pack. Second, I absolutely hate the design of the drink/side pouches. It doesn’t fit my Nalgene bottle especially well, especially when I’ve first loaded the bag with my laptop and other gear. The drink pouch does not expand at all, so when the bag has some items in it already, I can’t fit my Nalgene

I was expecting to be able to use this as my tech backpack, but I was surprised by how incredibly small it is, especially for the cost. Still considering returning it. If you have a larger laptop, or a good amount of gear to carry, stay away from this one.

The first year it held up quite well and still looked nice with some minor scratches and also good to note that if scratched it's there forever. The second year it was still fine but I began to see some stitches become undone and as of now the problem has only gotten worse. The straps that connect to the backpack are now ripping off and there are lots of stickes undone. I don't know if it's because of my heavy use or just time maybe even workmanship
