 It's going to help you play Different things that you've never played before so the third sign I want to talk about is the lead part on this last a section Towards the end of the song that's played on my Les Paul. I plugged my Les Paul into an octave fuzz You know that just gives me this kind of high-end bite enos, and then I had the mood on the slap setting and Kind of similar to the last sound it just added a bit of uniqueness to the sound I doubt the mix back So it's not super present, but it definitely adds this kind of unruliness to the sound let's take a listen So as you can hear the sounds pretty unruly as it is But just kind of in the in the spaces in the rest it adds this kind of just almost fighting Element to it. It's like a delay kind of slap back It almost sounds like feedback in certain parts to me just in this upper harmonic range But I found it just really interesting and really different But not necessarily something way out of left field. It's just something subtle that that makes it Makes it a little unique not to harp on it too much But I did find this pedal really inspiring in a lot of different ways as you can see just from the three sounds that I talked about There's a lot of uniqueness and a lot of interesting sounds that I found in this pedal now that being said I'm not sure that I could find them again, but maybe that's a good thing

Thanks for watching let's get into it you you All right, so this first sound is a sound I'm not even sure how I got when I initially plugged up the pedal And I turned it on it was making this really cool loop I'm not sure if that was something that was stuck in the pedal previously or if I played something before And then when I turned it on it had already grabbed that I'm not even sure But I turned it on and I was getting this sound right here So I thought that was super cool And I hit record in Pro Tools and and started recording it and as it was playing I started turning knobs and kind of tweaking It and getting some other sounds with what was already in the pedal I didn't even play anymore or anything and so here's what some of that stuff sounds like So I really like those sounds, but you know it's kind of hard to use right so what I did is Having recorded them in Pro Tools I took and I found some sections that I liked and I cut them up so here's Here's so you can see it in Pro Tools and see what I'm talking about So I'll go down here And you can see right here. I have them labeled as loop one and loop two so on loop one I have kind of the lower sound here So that's just kind of one of the lower sounds and I basically cut that up and made it into just a one bar loop here Now I will say I kind of approximated the BPM And I found the tonal center to be the key of E. Then I found another section that I liked and created this loop number two now this loop I Created kind of at an odd number of beats it's like two and a half beats or actually I think it's a beat and one sixteenth note and So that kind of sits oddly on this other loop, but I kind of liked what it sounded like Already from turning the pedal on I already had this really cool sound that I dug And was able to kind of create this this interesting loop to kind of start the process for me This was really inspiring and just really different You know It's just a different way to start writing a song From that point knowing that the tonal center was a key of E and I already had the BPM Kind of set by this loop
