Char-Griller Ceramic AKORN Kamado Charcoal Grill vs Weber Performer Deluxe

I purchased this in April and have used it nearly 3x a week since. Yes, April charcoal BBQ in Nova Scotia in freezing temps. Kamado's make that easy because they're so well insulated and this one is no exception. But there's nothing close to comparable in performance at the price and it has worked excellently all of this time

I have used this AKORN to smoke some awesome pork butts, ribs and the occasional chicken or beef roast. It's much easier to use than other smokers and a lot less work. As a first time home owner I wanted a grill that produced alot of flavor was easy to use and more importantly easy to clean. The Chargiller Akorn hit the nail on the head! I'm able to smoke, grill, and even bake on it! Pizza nights are a huge hit with the family on this grill!

We love this grill. Green Egg has nothing on it except price. We have grilled veggies to pizza to steak and i does a great job using very little charcoal.

This is a great value for the money and we love how easy it is to light the charcoal. There's cool places to hang your grilling utensils and a roomy area to work on also.

I placed an order for a replacement ash pan on 6-17-18, and the part is STILL on backorder. I have talked with Char-griller on 2 different occasions and on each one "the part would be in within 2-3 weeks". My last communication was a month ago. I hate to say it, but their product is worthless if I can't use it because everything is coming from China
