They won’t go away with time unfortunately, they need dermatologist assessment to find the right treatment plan to improve the look of the scars, seems like a lot of box scars rather than icepick. But most common treatments are laser and to improve texture tretinoin can be used. In the meantime, tyrosinase inhibitor like ascobic acid (I find the Melano CC is quite a good serum to start with) and a good UVAPF sunscreen can definitely improve the hyperpigmentation of the scars. All of this requires a lot of patience, and results can only been seen after months

It’s meh, I typically do not break out on my face but this stuff caused me some problems - unfortunately! My skin is slightly dry and this product made my face even more dry and left me with some minor pimples on my chin. This wasn’t a problem for me before. I stopped using and replaced it with something else, and my problems went away! I wish I liked this because I know so many people and professionals love it, but it didn’t quite work for me.
