I learned about hyaluronic acid from Dr. Dray, a legitimate, no-nonsense dermatologist who has an informative YouTube channel. What I learned is that in order for this hyaluronic gel to work properly, it must be applied to freshly washed, wet/damp skin and then a moisturizing lotion or cream must be applied over it to trap the moisture in the skin. It will not work well when applied to dry skin or if a lotion or cream is not applied over it

I read that the formula was changed recently and it makes me wonder if new preservatives just don't hold up and it's gone bad, despite being a new bottle. I'd love to hear back from the company, if possible, because I really wanted to love this product because I love the brand.
