This pack is well designed however after spending 7 days in Zion NP I can comment on the quality of this pack is poor if not embarrassing. I hiked with a osprey hydration pack and saw this pack on someone in the Narrows ordered it and once I saw that this pack should be under $85 not $155 ..

Subpar quality at a premium price ... look at other options

 I Always always want the dual zipper straps. We're going to take this out really quick here and look at how big this pocket is. This is your main compartment. You also have a zippered interior pocket up here

 It's good having extra things like that, but there you have it, That is an awesome pack. It's one of the better day packs I've seen and I did a hike with it recently and it was felt very very comfortable. A lot of adjustments for your shoulders, the shoulder straps, the hip belt, the dual wing hip belt I Really like this pack and I recommend it. Are you deep baggers? You day hikers and even some of you alter lighters

 it's firm so I will kind of form to your back and this appears being kind of waterproof through here. There is also the external way to carry the trekking poles and I checked this. A lot of people thought that this see this right here. There's a little looks like for a water bottle and people were kind of confused why there's water bottle pouch here and not on the other side and it turns up because it's not for a water bottle, it's for your trekking poles so you put that inside here and then you can take this outside loop here and that goes there

Love the easy access to my phone for navigating/communicating/etc, and the other pouch is roomy enough to hold multiple snacks for easy access. There's an easy access stash pocket on the outside of the pack that holds plenty, easily fits food/essentials/rolled up jacket/etc. There's on side pocket for water bottles that's easy access while wearing the pack

 The should and hip staps have a little bit of cushion to them, but not much, but heavy padding there isn't necessary for a 14er purpose as you shouldn't be bogged down in weight, just the essentials. It has 4 thick cushion pads that go against your upper and lower back which help minimize pack fatigue and also open up a VERY GENEROUS amount of air flow space between you and the pack. CAMELBAK KNOWS WHAT THEY'RE DOING

 There are just two slide in pockets on this side and I love that they're doing a zipper closed pocket on this side. That's a perfect place to keep my phone. I just like to have my phone easy to access for photos or videos or anything of the sort, so I love that pocket on the hip belt. Again, you can't feel anything against your hips when this is on because of the dual wing system

 Now as you can see, when I tighten this down, the inner strap is tight against my body, but it allows for me to still have things in the outer pockets while keeping the hip belt tight and comfortable up against my skin. So that's definitely one of the most amazing features about this pack is just how comfortable and secure it feels throughout the day. Whether you're heading out for a two-hour hike or an all-day hike, it's going to be comfortable no matter how much stuff you pack into this pack. There's also an adjustable sternum strap and so you can really get that fit dialed in no matter your size or for me

 This is an awesome expander pocket just have on the outside of your pack in case you need to throw a jacket or anything of the sorts there. Like I said, I really like the comfort of the hip felt, but I also love how Camelback is putting pockets on the hip belt. There are just two slide in pockets on this side and I love that they're doing a zipper closed pocket on this side. That's a perfect place to keep my phone

The Fourteener 26 Hydration Pack by CamelBak [Review]

 I like the waist strap portion because it keeps your phone and other high reach items at easy access. The water pack is detachable and easy to clean. it honestly works just like regular back pack, and if it weren't for the spout, I would honestly think it was a regular backpack. The fabric and stitching is very well done

The Nathan TrailMix 7L is a lightweight but rugged, trail-specific hydration pack for more minimally-minded trail runners. We love the burly yet breathable backing, especially because it is surprisingly comfortable. The TrailMix has well-placed pockets to stash quick-draw items, like nutrition and your phone, and offers ample back-pocket storage for lesser-used items. The ruggedness of this pack makes it awesome for heavily wooded areas &mdash; the fabric won't snag on stray tree branches as you bound through the forest at top speed. 
The TrailMix didn't score as highly across the board as other hydration vests we tested, but it held its own for sure. The 7-liter storage capacity is smaller than some but still plentiful enough that we could stash everything we needed for a day in the mountains. If you are looking to go on ultra-long adventures, you might like a vest that offers a few liters more of storage. Great for the long haul.  Lightweight, pockets for GU / chews and phone.  I like to freeze the hydration pack and is nice and cool against my back for warm weather runs in addition to ice cold drinking water!

 Pockets are really convenient and hold phone and snacks. Secure really looking forward to getting in some long runs with this. I bought this for my wife for her birthday because she told me to she loves how it fits and the straps don't rub in dumb places like underarms there's plenty of space for snacks and additional water containers. The only downside is that, if a bear or vault latched onto it, there are two straps that must be undone instead of one quick release: nice compact pack for running there are more expensive packs that provide a more compact fit, but for the money this is the Best mix provides adequate storage for large phones and nutrition for longer runs absolutely love

 I do like the pack because it doesn't cause chaffing and it can fit a lot of different essentials. My last comment is that I tried to use some of my exoflasks with the long straws in the front (from my other vests) and unfortunately, that doesn't really work either since the front "loops" are too far away from the pockets where my bottles sit - so my straws were bouncing around all unsecured and that wasn't fun.

 And I absolutely adore the color! It was worth every penny. And I stay hydrated on those 12+ mile runs! Happy Runner!! :) I cant recommend it enough.

FINALLY! I CAN RUN HANDSFREE :)

It fits very snug, but I am in the process of losing weight so I pray it will fit loser by the time I have my first 5K in mid July. I have lost 48 pounds. 

First Hydration Vest for 2X Size Female
