This is a good product but it runs small. The description says it's 4 quarts but I poured water into it and was only able to get in 3.5 quarts. It cooks well and I like how it automatically flips over to "warm" when the cooking time is complete

Update: Hamilton Beach customer service was extremely cooperative and thorough in investigating the incident. Their first concern was my well being, and if I required medical attention
