Admittedly, I was leery. However, these were very easy to assemble. Other similar lamps Had a bad review about the shade, but these were really great....

On two of the shades, the adhesive velcro strip has come off. I'm a bit disappointed by the build quality there.

Pricey! For what it is this lamp is a bit pricey. If you can get it on sale, do it! Despite the price I would still recommend this lamp. It's got a nice style and is better built than some similar lamps in Target and elsewhere on Amazon.

I'll probably be looking into a more sturdy replacement at some point in the future as there is no way it will tolerate a move or regular manipulation for dusting. It is perfect for my space and on budget, but it is a hassle and I cannot assure anyone that they will get all of the pieces that work perfectly the first time around. Worth a gamble if you aren't in a rush, like the aesthetic, and have patience and problem-solving skills.

The actual shade is held on to the wire frame by tiny plastic clips and secured together with velcro. I expect it to fall apart if it ever gets dropped. And the instructions were missing pages 3-6, so putting it together was a guessing game, but not overly difficult without. Also not a huge fan of the cord just hanging down but used some twist ties in the package to secure it to the leg

My review may sound scathing but when I take a step back, I've found a lamp that can accommodate a large bulb, looks good and works as advertised. My only real issue was that for the price, I expected way better quality. I feel like I overpaid by at least $20 and that's being very generous to the manufacturer. The price is actually a huge sore point with me but I can't say I've been swindled

Selected this floor lamp bass on reviews, Price, and the shade matches other lights on my office. It’s worth noting, the assembly was far more than I expected for a floor lamp. I have no issues assembling furniture but it seemed ridiculous to have to assemble the lamp shade cage and wraps the shade Around it. I wouldn’t purchase again but not returning at this point
