 Let's take a look at the pulp. you'll see that a lot of it went through. However, if you like massaged kale, this cuts down on the work and you can use the pulp that way as a salad or you can also just put it throw it into soups. but for solid produce I Really like the Breville because it's just so easy to assemble you can throw the whole produce in and so I would say for the ease and convenience and as far as centrifugal disks go, it really feels like it has a lot of power and I've enjoyed using it and it's just so easy and convenient to use

 As you can see here, it is dishwasher safe however with the jug in the top part I Clean and dry by hand just because I don't like water stains so in review I do recommend this Breville for the price point compared with its quality I think it's worth it if you really want to focus on getting more green juices into your diet. and I'll still get green juices with the Breville but the leafy greens are pretty tough I do get juice out of it. but like I said again, I I'll just try to utilize the leafy greens. the leafy green pulp the best I can so it really depends what your price range is

 It's not a great yield, but probably the best you'll find for this price range. This thing is a beast, it's very very heavy and bulky. It requires constant cleaning and scrubbing for the strainer, the juice catcher, the pulp container, the blade receptacle and any sort of lids associated with this. It's a pain and it's extremely time-consuming

All centrifugal juicers in this price range suffer from the same problem, that's probably just how it is

 I will taste it. For you guys though, it's not bad. I don't like kale and I don't like kale juice, but the apple makes it drinkable. Make sure you clean the juicer right after you finish juicing, especially the mesh filter

 Other parts can be put on the top rack of your dishwasher. I'll choose apples, carrots, oranges, and kale to see how the Breville performs. I'm gonna juice three medium apples. The machine is plugged in and once you turn the toggle to high or slow, the machine will automatically start

 The pitcher just slides out. Move the locking arm down, take the food pusher out, lift up the cover, hold the base of the juicer, and turn the spout. This lifts right up, hold the filter bolts around upside down, and the filter comes right out. Now we'll assemble the unit, put the filter bolts around on top of the base

 I've got four oranges here. Make sure they're peeled and most of the white pith is removed. otherwise your juice will be bitter. so I'll juice my oranges on the low setting

Works well and the left over pulp is fairly dry. I agree with some other reviews that you have to be fast to cover the feed tube as it will shoot product out of the top instantly. Works well overall, but is very time consuming to clean. Consider a Masticating Juicer for small batches

 Turning the speed down for these gives much better results. (I've watched product reviews that demonstrate less extraction, as well. But in all cases, the reviewers left the speed switched up to high.)  Clean up -- the juicer's parts are few and come apart and reassemble quickly

 Clean up is a breeze, except for the few minutes it takes to carefully scrub the filter. I quickly rinse and set out the pieces on a towel on my counter between juicing (which is three times a day when following the Reboot). Before bed, I reassemble "the beast" (as I affectionately call this giant contraption), so it's bright and shining and waiting for me in the morning.  Quality -- the quality of this juicer is fantastic

 This ever-so-slightly tilted the filter bowl, which made the spinning filter scrape, metal-on-metal, against the bowl beneath. Once I figured this out and realigned things, the sound level was greatly reduced, as you can imagine.  I do know that my old Omega centrifugal juicer can't do this job at all - it prefers carrots.  So anyway, I got 6 cups of juice from those 3 pounds of marionberries, including a quarter-cup from running the seeds-pulp through again. It went very quickly, much faster than putting them thru a blender to get puree, and then hand-straining the puree thru a fine sieve to get the seeds out - which wastes a lot of juice and is a pain in the butt, literally - usually takes me a good 30-45 minutes that seems much longer. This went in about 15 minutes, no straining (again, literally), and I got about 25% more juice than doing it by blender and hand

I'm very aware that about 15% of the reviews of this are 1-star, which gives me pause, especially when people say things like "it worked for a day/week/month and then stopped" or it cracked and blew apart, or leaked all over everything. I chose Tribest because from what I've read it's one of the better juice manufacturers, but this is their cheapest model, entry-level I guess. I can't justify spending huge amounts of money just to juice marionberries, which aren't even available for at least half the year anyway

 The clear plastic parts in particular look like the kind that could get etched badly.  The disassembly, washing and reassembly almost seems more trouble than it's worth, especially with marionberry juice getting all over the counter and sink and everything I touch in the process. Cleanup from the blender-strainer routine is much faster and simpler and cleaner - though our kitchen does have marionberry stains in the most unexpected places, this juice stains like crazy. Very rich dark purple

In today's video we are going to unbox and review the Tribest Shine Juicer. I get asked so many questions, Juice Feaster, what is the best juicer for me to start out with, and so I'm always on the lookout for juicers that would be great to start out with. There are five things that I typically look for when I'm looking for a juicer that's great for people who are new to start out with juicing

 You know, there are a lot of juicers that are way more than that. Some juicers even get up into the thousands of dollars, and so for someone starting out who's just not really sure if juicing is for them, I like for it to be relatively inexpensive. And number five, I like for it to be a slow cold press vertical juicer that optimizes nutrition and yield of juice from the produce that you're that you're juicing, and I like for it to be able to retain a lot of nutrition, and that's exactly what a cold press juicer does. And when we look at the Shine, it hits all of those all those buckets

 Another thing that I like about the motor, it's a high-powered motor in a small package. We don't have very much pulp here, which is pretty cool, and it looks to be a pretty dry pulp, so a good sign there that the Shine was really great at extracting the juice and not leaving really a lot of pulp, and it's fairly dry pulp, so that's a good sign. Here we have about half a liter, I would say, in juice and a really good green, dark green color, which is what we're looking for. That dark green color means we're extracting a lot of nutrition out of the produce, and in this case the celery, and that nutrition which we're after also will translate to flavor

 You don't get that fast spinning blade, which kind of extracts the bitterness from the celery, so another big advantage of the slow cold pressed juicer. So all in all there, I think really good performance from the Tribest Shine, and it's a juicer that, based on being inexpensive, easy to operate, easy to clean, the ability to make quick one to three liters of juice, I think those all stack up on top of being a cold pressed slow masticating juicer. Those all stack up to make this one of the best options that you can get or that you can have for a first time juicer.
