First Impressions of the Jabra Elite Active 75t

I can't wait until I get to go on a 12-14 hour plane ride and not have my ears ache. * Buttons can be painful to press -- feels like you're jamming the buds into your ear. Active 75t: Seems that it's a bit easier to press but I still have this issue. * Base seems to be lacking but you can modify it via the music equalizer in the app

Great for desk. Not great for activities.

It happens on every level of noise cancelling, between 'hear-through', 'ANC', and 'off'. They Won't Always Stay In. Again, I bought these to replace my gym earbuds, and am disappointed that they don't stay put as well as my previous pair, despite being marketed as 'active'. The worst part is that I can't even feel them falling out until they do

Durability

These are honestly the best sounding ear buds I have ever used when it comes to sound performance.

But I have had the Bose for TWO MONTHS. You would not believe that my B-U-double-T never misplaced them, never lost them, never had to search for them. NOT ONE SINGLE TIME. I believe that the size of the earbuds them self had much to do with not losing the individual earbuds— and the charging case being 3X’s the size of any AirPods

Nice headphones hobbled by bugs

The previous model, the 65t, were just slightly too big and made my ears hurt after just 5–15 minutes. Same with other Bluetooth headphones. The 75t are comfortable enough for me to wear for hours. * The small charging case is pretty great

RAISED FROM 2 STARS TO 3 WITH APP UPDATES: multi device abscence and ear comfort still an issue

NOT AS COMFORTABLE AS OLDER BOSE BUDS: While the original QC earbuds (corded) were super comfortable in the ear, these have an additional hump (part of the hard plastic) that makes them uncomfortable after about 1hr. This did not happen with prior QC buds i have owned. Also, the silicone is harder than the clear silicone they used to use (used to be a 2-part supersoft / slightly stiffer combination material for the comfort-tips).

Are anyone of the Active 75t users feeling a crackling or hissing sound in left earbuds after the update ?

So I replaced my previous Jabra Elite Active 75t sports for a new one since the other one had the said issue on the left earbud and it's ANC was working poorly. Today I got my replacement and I was careful enough to use it first without updating to observe the sound quality and ANC improvement (wrt to previous one I had). After the update I saw that ANC has improved but the crackling sound started appearing in the left earbud. Hey u/jabrasupport , has Jabra acknowledged this issue assuming it is widespread and will there be a firmware update in the upcoming days ?

Great ANC & Sound Quality

The charging case is huge to use for your jeans pocket , I mean it felt if this was designed for people carrying bags all the time vs using it in your day to day routine while on the go specially for your jeans. You notice a big bulge as soon as you put them in your pocket compared to apple AirPods Pro which are much comfortable. Charging case holds 18 hour of charge which is less than compared to other products at this price. its not bad however you expect at least a 24 hr charge to be provided by the case only at this price

fall out of ears

annoying. Desired: I wish they would stay in the ears better--I think the silicone ear pieces could be designed a bit longer and more form fitting maybe or maybe the unit could be brought closer to the head. I wish they had deeper base

Battery Life

Excellent, but with some surprising shortcomings

* The battery life is longer than I expected. I listen to audiobooks to fall asleep. I set the "sleep" function on my app to 10 minutes. In the morning, I still have about 20% battery after eight hours

Not as great as I expected

I didn’t notice a change with ANC on but hear-through is effective. The battery lasts a while. My ears start to ache after a few hours so I don’t ever have them in long enough to drain the battery. The case is sturdy and the material coating the buds and case feels soft and sleek

Comfort

Extremely convenient.

The charging case is just too thick. It would be better if they made it longer or wider instead of thicker. My only other complaint is that they are uncomfortable for longer usage. The wedge-shape may be great for noise isolation, but it is not great for long-term user comfort

Great Overall User Experience

* Fairly comfortable for hours of daily usage. My inner ears do get a bit itchy now and then, but it's not painful to wear for extended usage. * User controls on the buttons -- including volume control. Once you learn the controls they are very helpful
