 It actually goes fast. There you go. All the way, all the way, shoot it, you got it. Okay, to be 100% honest, when I first started riding this thing, I was like, how do people film and ride at the exact same time? I've only been on it for four days

 Let's talk about this thing. Most important question, why did I buy this? First off, it's freaking amazing, I mean, it's an electric skateboard. Second off, I live downtown, I spend 90% of my time downtown. It's easier to get around downtown on this than it is in gridlock traffic half of the day

 I let a few of my friends try and pretty much everyone agrees that this is the best invention ever. So, you need to hold that and then forward to accelerate, backwards to break or go backwards. There you go. Hey

 Thankfully, these minor hiccups did not prevent us from riding, at which point it quickly became evident that every aspect of this deck was deliberately chosen to improve the skating experience. The kicktail is the perfect length, and the replaceable puck allows riders to enjoy it guilt-free. The wide body and squared-off nose enable the rider to maintain a wide stance without sacrificing the ability to turn, and the concavity provides additional confidence. Familiar aspects of the Boosted's powertrain shine with the shorter deck as well

 It may have shortened the Mini to just 29.5 inches, but in every other dimension the board is just as hefty as its longboard siblings. At 17 pounds, it's actually heavier than our V2 Plus longboard, and even when mall-grabbed, its weight quickly becomes fatiguing. For riders with tight storage constraints, this could be a significant improvement, but it's otherwise not a game changer

 To better visualize how well this board maintains torque with increasing speed, we've plotted acceleration versus velocity, and as we can see, the Mini X sustains impressive levels of torque right up to its top speed. This provides an exciting riding experience and excellent performance on hills. Of course, power is of little use without control. Fortunately, as one would expect from Boosted, the control interface is characteristically precise, predictable, and responsive

 One of our wheels came over-tightened, and the board's left wheel pulley wobbles slightly. Hopefully these issues are atypical and will become even less common as Boosted hones its production processes.  But this board, the more expensive board, it's $1,000. It comes with the extended range battery, and has a top speed that is two miles an hour quicker than the Mini S. And I think I said this in my review, if you were to buy a Mini Boosted board, I would definitely get the X. Spend the $250 extra, you will have higher top speed and double the range

 I am happy that this board goes two miles an hour faster, and I am cranked right now on mode three, going what is effectively 20 miles an hour. And I think it could go a little bit faster. I'd say 22 would be the sweet spot, but that's my opinion. Now whenever Boosted sends me a new board, I like to see what Boosted names the board and how many miles it has on it

 Oh yeah, if you're used to a regular skateboard, I think that you can easily learn to ride the Boosted Mini or the regular Boosted boards, but you'll notice just how heavy this thing is. And of course, with the Mini Boosted board, the S and the X, both have a little kick tail, so you can tic-tac. All right, so I'm back close to the studio. I rode 4

 So a normal skateboard, you know, obviously my weight is usually centered, but if I'm like riding or just coasting, a lot of my weight is on this back leg. But I notice on the Boosted board, my weight is more so on this leg, because I'm accelerating a lot. So if I'm caught like leaning back on this one and I accelerate, this puppy just goes so fast that it's just going to leave me. Which might not seem like a big deal, but you know, years of this being the dominant leg where all your weights or the majority of your weight goes, and then suddenly switching it to this leg, it feels a little different

 But even then, you kind of get used to it, and it's a great way to stay in shape. So the main difference between riding this and a normal skateboard is how your weight kind of fluctuates between each leg. So a normal skateboard, you know, obviously my weight is usually centered, but if I'm like riding or just coasting, a lot of my weight is on this back leg. But I notice on the Boosted board, my weight is more so on this leg, because I'm accelerating a lot

 By now, I'm sure you've noticed that the wheels I'm using are a little bit different. After a lot of research, I upgraded my wheels to the Orangutan Kaguamas. These are a little bigger at 85mm compared to the 80mm Boosted Board wheels. The larger size means that these will go a little bit faster, bringing your top speed up by 1 or 2 mph, but they also very slightly slow down your acceleration and braking

 First of all, it's heavy as shit. It's like 14 pounds. The weight of it makes the board hug the ground where it's stable at high speeds, which is great. The only downside is carrying it around all day

 You will see that once you've ripped that grip tape off that grip tape is no longer able to be used. You're going to have to get yourself some new grip tape. But despite those drawbacks the TMG H20 Mini like I've said 100 times already it's awesome. It's got great range, really decent top speed especially for a short board and the carving on it is incredible

 When you're already cruising along the thumb wheel is nice and responsive with accelerating and braking but it's when you start accelerating from a stand still that seems to be the problem. I get this momentary juddering in the motors when I ease the accelerator on coming from a standstill. If I kick push off first and get the board rolling and then ease the accelerator on I don't get this juddering at all. So it's a pretty easy workaround and you'll probably actually save some battery power with this method anyway

 You turn it on with this button and you'll see the TMG logo pop up. Then you have to turn the board on with the power button on the enclosure under the deck. Teamgee H20 Mini Review - My Favorite Short Electric Skateboard

 Note that the power setting does not affect the braking response. I used the low setting the first two weeks of use, which allowed me to get used to the board.  The POWER, this board is fast, too fast for most beginners and well fast enough for intermediate skateboarders. I was able to achieve 35kph on the power setting, and the acceleration is very nice

The wheels show moderate use, but I think i'll get close to 500km on this set of rubber before I have to replace it

A good entry level board with great features, and a few expected flaws

 The H20 has four speeds with the top speed reaching 24 miles per hour which I had my nephew demonstrate here. The speed can be changed by pressing the B button. The screen will then display what speed you're on. I then asked my nephew to test the brakes for all four speeds which pretty much stopped at the same point

 I think if this was just a little more concave and the tail kicked up a little bit you'd have a lot more control. So we converted you to the electric? Oh yeah 100%. I'm 42 dude. I'll be on the electric in no time

 I know it doesn't but it feels like it does. Now it does have high elasticity, PU wheels, and shock absorbers which makes for a smooth ride. I'm pretty impressed with how this handles rocks and gravel. There's been a few times that I've hit some gravel patches

 The first thing I noticed is the insane acceleration. That is due to the 450 watt double drive brushless hub motors in each one of the wheels powered by a 36 volt lithium battery. Now the second thing I noticed is how confident I actually feel on it. It almost feels like it has built in stabilization

I then had two of the biggest skateboarders that I know of take it for a spin and then ask them what they thought of it. The first thing I noticed is the insane acceleration.  MOST IMPORTANTLY the battery it is a long distance battery, however when charging the charger itself heats up WAY to much and is not regulated so it will burn the battery if you leave it over charging or overnight charging, [1-1.3hrsOR LESS) charging time MAX is what I found 6. The back wheels are the motor and they will take most, if not ALL the abuse so beware. No real complaints just manufacturing details

READ BEFORE BUYING- real skater review.

 So this board right here, it accelerates way too fast. And I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing, but I cannot ride this board in the high plus mode. I can only ride it in the medium mode because if you take a look at the kick tail, when you push the acceleration, all of your weight goes in the back foot. So if you put your foot on the kick tail and you put it in high mode and you punch it, the board literally does this

 But now that I have an actual short board, I'm taking this thing out way more than I initially thought. If you're going for like a last mile commute, somewhere around one to two miles close by, I would 100% take this board just because it's so easy to grab and it's so easy to carry around rather than carrying a gigantic 30 board around. I'd rather take this. Now let's talk about another thing, the acceleration

 Would I ride a mini board for 18 miles of range? That is another question. If you guys would like me to do a range test, I will be happy. Just let me do it down in the comments. Another crazy thing about this board is that it is using the Hobbywing ESC, which means that it comes with the smart turn on feature

 Usually budget boards come somewhere around seven to 10 miles of range. So seeing that this thing has 18 miles of range, make this a really good buy. Would I ride a mini board for 18 miles of range? That is another question. If you guys would like me to do a range test, I will be happy
