Boker Kwaiken Air vs Gerber Flatiron

I finally choose an Boker Kwaiken Air Plus. vg10 + g10 instead of m390 + titanium for almost the same price, that's the price of trust, isn't it ? Pretty satisfied, only issue is that it came almost dull, and when you didn't learn how to sharpen a knife yet, vg-10 is not the easiest to start. It also applies to m390, though. A bit of play appeared after 3 month of flipping it as the liner is getting worn

When it finally disengaged I had so much force on it that the blade flipped closed unexpectedly and now I have a nice scar. Upon further inspection the pivot bolt is not very tight, but the blade has way too much resistance to open and close. This could be a really cool EDC knife but for a cheap Gerber, I'll leave it alone and run my Spyderco, Kizer or even my Civivi.

Love love love this blade. Only reason it didn't get 5 stars is its made in China and wasn't as razor sharp as I expected it to be. Still, overall a fantastic knife.
