 Love this chair and I've been super happy with Big Agnes for 20 plus years now. I definitely felt that the extra weight was worth it for me.

 There's a nice recess here for when you sit down, and this is going to benefit you when you're actually using this product. And that's because of this, everyone. When you sit down on this stool, it's like sitting into a chair, not like sitting on a stool. It's actually incredibly comfortable

 Whereas if you purchase one of the cheaper stools that's out on the market, generally those come from Chinese companies. So if you have a problem, you're stuck with it. It's one of those things that you have to consider the price and consider what you're getting for that price. In this case, basically, to summarize everything, you're getting an excellent product, excellent materials from an excellent company, a company that's going to take care of you if you have a problem

The Best Part of a Chair ... ( Big Agnes Skyline UL Stool )

Travelers and car campers will rejoice when discovering the Big Agnes Big Six chair. The spacious seat is wide and tall and offers a high enough back for a headrest, a feature not found on any other chair this compact and lightweight. Its size is enormous for the small 5.5" x 5.5" x 21.5" bundle it makes when packed up, and the comfort it offers may even cause you to take a catnap. While this is too heavy for most backpacking endeavors, the comfort and small packed size make it perfect for those that travel or dwell in a van, truck, or small RV.
We found the hubless pole design on the Big Six to be great for reducing bulk and increasing stability, but it does mean the setup requires a bit more focus than poles that spring into place mostly on their own. The Big Six doesn't neatly fall into the backpacking chair category for us because it's so heavy that most hikers aren't going to be willing to schlepp it into the mountains, but then again, it is small enough when packed up to strap to a bag, so maybe some will want to take it on.

I required metal legs instead of cheap fiberglass poles held together my a single screw. All poles are tethered together with heavy bungee cords for easy setup

Great chair. Lightweight for the size and weight capacity. The Helinox chair I have is great but this one is superior for me as I’m 6’ 200+ lbs.

Decent chair but I had to return them as they were a little small and couldn't get around a $149 price tag for a chair made in China. If it was made in the USA maybe, but I feel this should be a $74.99 chair.
