I fish primarily with plastics using a very slow, finesse approach. I can feel every rock, every branch, and whether I'm in weeds, on a sand, or mud bottom. More importantly I feel every bite. Whole new ball game with this stuff

Best Fluoro I've bought so far. It has higher knot strength and breaks at 100% of it's test weight without having to us some ridiculous complex knot like the double pitzen which is needed for a lot of other fluoro's out there. It will pull to 100% of it's test weight using the Berkley Trilene Knot which is relatively easy to tie.

J Braid Grand gives greater distance than most premium brands (Berkley X9 is equal), with less maintenance and greater strength. I’ve tried Spider wire, Kanzen, X9, regular J braid, Smackdown, PowerPro, PowerPro SS v1, and Kastking braided lines to name several and the new J Braid Grand x8 is the overall best thus far.
