Sound Quality

Great, when they work...

I've had these for about 2 months now, and they replaced another pair of Beats, which replaced yet another. Overall I love these headphones - sound quality, ease of use, not falling out of my ears when working out. But, the charging case s**ks. I've read people think its too big - I'd be okay with it being larger if it would consistently CHARGE THE HEADPHONES

Very good sound and microphone, ear fit is a bit particular with plastic bud tip

I like a lot about these earbuds. First, the sound is really excellent for the price. Full bass (when the fit is good) and very nice midrange and highs. The look also is cool

Noise Cancellation

I liked your review man, honestly i still have a pair of powerbeats pro for working out, but I'm definitely looking to trade those in for something else, can't say I'd want more beats tho, i want more of a sound improvement with goodish anc to just disguise the noise around me so i don't have to pump the volume so much... and honestly I'm thinking about waiting for some neko cake reviews lol, if they are good enough, i just might catch those lol

Very disappointed in fit and controls, had to return

Either of the aforementioned problems would be dealbreakers by themselves. Put them together, I completely gave up on the pair and returned them promptly. I wanted a pair of dedicated running earbuds, but for now, I'll be sticking with my Jabra 75T's pass-through feature when I need to hear ambient noise.

Not ideal for daily moderate/fast-paced running. Stopped charging/holding charge after 2 months.

Most importantly, they stopped reliably holding charge after about 45 days. My right earbud at best currently holds 20 minutes of playback (podcast), while the left earbud still can do several hours. Sometimes they do not charge at all. I've cleaned the contacts with alcohol wipes, did not remedy the issue

This was the worst problem. I've had this problem happen twice in the last month and a half. One of the earbuds would not pair and sound would only come out of the earbud that was paired. I had to switch back to my other pair of wireless earbuds that I previously had until I figured out how to solve this problem

The case uses a USB A to USB C cable to connect to a standard Low Voltage (5V 1 A) USB wall charger. I found using the Bluetooth 5.0 pairing connection easy to make with either my phone or iPod device. Range was as good as any similar style earbuds without dropping out over a room away

Fit

The review no one asked for: ranking (almost) all the Apple/Beats H1/W1 options

Beats PowerBeats Pro. These are the best AirPods for most people that are not called AirPods. Combine 9-10 hours of battery out of the case with actual excellent, balanced sound, mix in a stable and comfortable fit, and you've got the perfect set of true wireless earphones for most people.

Great Idea, Poor Candidate

If they fit they are definitely a great deal. Guess I am back to the AirPods with some cheap jackets that keep them from falling out.

Durability

More of a 4.5 than a 4

5 than a 4 but I’ll give it a 4 since I can’t do half scores. I bought these when I started working out and notice that my AirPod Pros were not able to stay in my ears at all when running, jumping, lifting, etc. My ears are fairly large so that might have to do with it… anyways. I did the whole “buy attachments for the AirPods” thing but it was becoming a hassle taking the attachment off putting it back on and it was just a pain

Finicky and requires babysitting

After using these for one month, I can confidently say that the battery life is closer to 3 hours than the advertised 6, and I have lost count of the number of times one headphone has disconnected or powered off without my input. If these worked correctly, they'd be an instant five-star item, as they have plenty of features other earbuds don't. But if you're looking for an easy-to-use, pick up and go wireless earbud, don't look here. I'd return these if I weren't outside the return window
