Beoplay EX are the most comfortable and best sounding wireless earbuds I've ever used. I've used about 25 pairs. They also have an IP57 rating and multipoint.

And again, the comfort, it's super uncomfortable. It's not good. That's dumb. That's stupid

Once you start sweating they slide right out. Noice cancellation is total trash. Connectivity is unreliable—I often have to put them back in the case, disconnect and reconnect. All in all— definitely NOT worth $400

I purchased this to replace my QC-35s (and QC-20s) because the 35s are hot and bulky, and because it was difficult to hear ambient noise around me. These were my second choice to the Jabra Active Elite 65+ which would not stay in my ears, but had MUCH MUCH better app support, and more easily switches between devices. I routinely switch between mobile and laptop communications (Zoom, phone call, Duo, etc.) The Bose would not switch at all

Everything else hurts my ears after extended use. I would not purchase these for noise cancellation nor transparency modes as airpods do much better in my opinion.

I've been disappointed on several occasions to grab them from my bag only to find them dead. I do hope the charge-in-case functionality other reviewers have mentioned is introduced in a future model; personally I don't mind needing a dedicated charger, but that combined with mediocre battery life is kind of a drag. I generally use these for walking so haven't put them through the paces of more intense exercise, but am pretty impressed at their stability. I enjoy my buds feeling absolutely secure in my ear. For $400 I expect a factory option of extended length memory foam tips. These do not have that option. If you do manage to get some extended length tips installed you'll find that the charging case will prevent you from charging your earbuds because they did not factor in enough space in the charging case for longer tips

I experienced strange random disconnects while listening to music with the phone in my pocket, similar to when you've walked out of bluetooth range. I've never experienced this on any other earbud and here it happened repeatedly.

They aren't terribly responsive. I agree with other reviewers regarding battery life and chargning features. The battery life is TERRIBLE and they do not charge quickly. If you don't leave them constantly charging when not in use, you will be lucky to have 10% battery life when you go to use them
