I bought this for my husband's birthday and it was not inexpensive! Unfortunately the stone cracked after only 2 uses. I emailed Bakertstone and they said I had to call if it was a warranty issue. I have been trying to get someone on the phone for 2 weeks and nobody is answering and the mailbox is full. BUYER BEWARE

Now for the good, this is a solid construction, lightweight, and easy to travel. I also like the fact that the pizza stone can be pulled out and stored for protection and cleaned easily. The pizzas turned out well but it did take some time and Wasn’t able to get the stone hot enough to give that nice “tigering“ due to the stone not being hot enough. It’s a trial and error process

This Pizza Oven arrived without issue because it was packaged properly to protect any breakage. Putting it together was easy but caution has to taken not to over tighten the bolts and break the stones. The cooking of the pizza was easy with the built-in thermometer. Took just a few minutes to completely cook a tasty pizza that compares to any of the best pizza houses

This not a real wood fired oven. It needs to be attended constantly and it cools down drastically if you do not keep up with wood chips. I could not not cook even one pizza. However it looks impressive

I doubt that I was at 700 degrees and it took about 7-10 minutes to completely cook the artisan-style pizza. A second one was cooked with the BBQ lid closed (opened occasionally to turn the pizza) and the results were better - a bit of a char - and a few minutes sooner. Overall a good pizza - better than in a very hot oven?? Not so sure. I will keep experimenting with different dough recipes as well as store bought dough

After the first minute peel should be easy to scoop the pizza without any sticking and you can slide it around to turn it on the stone. Pizza will cook in about 4-5 minutes, keep an eye on it, it will burn in seconds if not careful.
