Their customer service is one of the best features of their boards! Adi hooked me up and got me riding again after I water damaged my G3 Plus

Initially my G2 Blacks battery ended up being water damaged after having the board for a few months and I contacted Backfire, I gave them my receipt and dropped off my board at their warranty center. After only a day or so they replaced my battery and power switch and my board was golden. Following this my board was ran over (car took a shallow left turn into me and ran my board over, broke my deck and battery case) so I reached out to get some hardware to deck swap my Backfire electronics onto a new board. They said no problem and hooked up some threaded inserts and screws. Following the deck swap (put electronics on a Landyachtz drop hammer) my motor began rattling so I took it over and they ripped my motor apart and put a new outer bearing in it and it was golden. A bit ago I was riding and my front trucks baseplate cracked so I contacted them and they gave me a whole new front truck (Flanker or crash, their brand of trucks) plus a Caliber II baseplate. 

Overall their warranty has been extremely helpful and willing to accommodate all my issues even past the initial warranty period (this board is about a year old now)

My experience with Backfire boards warranty

 Realistically, not all obstacles, but I feel like with the Ranger X2, I effortlessly get around to where I got to go with no stops, no cracks getting in the way. And even if I am riding on rougher terrain, I don't feel it as much. And it's not an uncomfortable ride. Like it's a very, very comfortable ride and I love it

 The wheels start off with 85 millimeter wheels, and you can also have the option to switch out to the 96 millimeter millimeter wheels. And I did that personally because, like I said before, like where I live has very like rough roads. So I switched out the smaller wheels for the bigger ones. And what I really like about the board is that it's a 20 to 25 mile range, long range, which, as I said before, it gives you like a really like long ride and you feel like you can go anywhere

Realistically, no, but I almost never get home on a very low battery, on a 20% battery, to be quite honest, and it's dope. But that can go forever

 But I like the G3 Plus in terms of the range because I feel like I can ride forever almost. But in terms of ride quality, the G3 Plus is very good, but I like the ride quality I had with the Ranger X2 more. That's all I got to say. Yo, what's good, yo? I hope you enjoyed the video

My Backfire G3 Plus Review

 As you can tell, I am a big fan of the Backfire G3. There is little to dislike about the performance, the way the ride feels, or the aesthetic, except that I think going with a red color on the remote button is super jarring. The Backfire G3, like the G3 Plus, is a comfortable and relaxing ride that maybe wasn't too exciting. But I am pretty confident that everyone who tries it will at least like it, if not love it

Backfire G3 Review: A better deal than the G3 Plus or G2T?

 When it comes to wheels, they're opting for a softer version of their Urethane. I have a demo board, so I'm still rocking the 80As. The production models of the Flex are going to be shipping out with 76A durometer wheels, and I just imagine going softer will just make for a more comfortable, smooth ride. If you don't go with the Riot and you go with the hub motors, I think that X-Way makes some of the best Urethane just in general

 Just got some scuffs and scratches on the motor mounts and it seemed to have held up pretty well. Belts look good even after off-roading and going down some curbs. In the future, just please try and be a little more realistic with your range and not just X-Way, but all electric skateboard companies out there. Give us a range of ranges for range

 The deck, the wheels, the trucks, the trucks. Yeah, I can't wait to beat this thing up even more. I'm going to definitely get it out on some more rides, but these were my first impressions. Let me know what you guys think of the X-Way Flex

 The looks of the board. This thing just looks great. It has a boosted look. Those of you looking for a boosted board alternative, especially now with boost being gone, I think the X-Way is probably going to be your best bet

 In the future, just please try and be a little more realistic with your range and not just X-Way, but all electric skateboard companies out there. Give us a range of ranges for range. Just give us a range of numbers that will realistically hit. Other than that, super fun board

Exway Flex: PERFECT Budget Electric Skateboard...almost

In the end, when you pay less for an Exway board, you are really "saving" on customer service, on a lower quality standards board.Bought a Flex Riot, 1st week crazy notifications on the remote (firmware Issue, they fixed it, and messed up again with the latest firmware), sold it because I won't run on an unreliable software, (Exway users are saying, if it's not broken don't update.) I am sorry but I won't ride  on a board where Company software standards are as low as this.Sold it at almost half the price with 250Kms  (yeah chinaboards devaluate faster, you might want to think about that as well) a week after I sold it, one motor broke, the guy is still exchanging mails with Exway about their "warranty"
