 When I did pedal Assist Level Five, I got 12.6 seconds. This bike seemed to jump off the line pretty quickly and the easier gear you're in, the more you're going to accelerate up to that top speed. When I had the Pace 500 completely off, I got 18 seconds flat, which isn't terribly bad considering this is a 49 pound E-bike This is one of those E-bikes I still feel like you can pedal around even if the battery's dead

 When it comes to the throttle only, I got one minute and 48 seconds. That's a lot faster than we got on the event and level, and I think that's partially due to this bike being a lot lighter weight coming in at 49 pounds. When I did maximum pedal assist level 5, I got 1 minute and 16 seconds just 8 seconds behind the evented level. So this seems to be a little bit closer together when it comes to the speed and capability of the throttle and the pedal assist, but the venting level might still be a tad bit faster

5 miles per hour. That's pretty quick considering how far our test rider went. Whether you are going commuting or cruising on the Pace 500, you'll have more than enough battery life to get to your desired destination, so don't be afraid to put the pace through well, it's paces.  After we do these three tests and give you the times, you should have a better idea of how the Pace 500 jumps off the line and what type of speed you'll reach within that first little boost of time. With that being said, let's get pedaling [Music] [music] [music] Alrighty guys, So I just finished up those three tests that I mentioned in the intro: the Pedal Assist Level five, throttle Only, and the Pace 500 completely off. If I had all the money back again, I think I'd buy something else but, if you can just barely afford this one just consider the aerial rideal and aventon 500 too. It's a compromised price point. No bike around this price can be perfect.

 I love the way it's built into the frame because it looks so clean and elegant. That said, it's a bit smaller than we usually see in this class of E-bike though only slightly. Even so, you still get quite good range. And in fact, I love the way Evinton always gives us the real world range figures, showing us that not only does the throttle only range give us about 30 miles of range at 20 miles an hour, but depending where you fall on the pedal assist levels from 1 to 5, you could get anywhere from 24 to 47 miles of range

 The bike rides on 27 and a half inch by 2.2 inch street tires, so there's a bit of a cushion there to make up for the lack of suspension, though admittedly not a ton of cushion. Even so, this is still a comfortable bike to ride because of the geometry. It's not a forward hunched commuter bike, but it's also not a totally upright cruiser either

 As the name implies, the Pace 500's rear motor is rated at a continuous 500 watts, though you know the peak power is definitely higher. I mean, it has to be because this model is a fast class 3 E-bike that gets up to 28 miles per hour or 45 kilometers per hour and it doesn't take too long to get there either. Plus, the 8-speed transmission lets you actually pedal fairly comfortably at higher speeds too. The bike gets powered by that new 48 volt and 12 amp hour battery with 614 watt hours of capacity

 Even so, you still get quite good range. And in fact, I love the way Evinton always gives us the real world range figures, showing us that not only does the throttle only range give us about 30 miles of range at 20 miles an hour, but depending where you fall on the pedal assist levels from 1 to 5, you could get anywhere from 24 to 47 miles of range. So far, I think only Evinton and Electric E-bikes have gone this far to give us real world range data, though Avinton has been doing it for years and deserves credit for beginning to shame the rest of the industry into giving us the real world range data and not hiding behind lofty estimates.  So it's got kind of a. I don't know acceleration curve. A little bit starts off a little slow and then gets a little stronger over time. All right we're coming up here and right now this fork's been open

 Cross current x is a 700 hybrid. You know nice, nice city style bike with a little bit of front suspension and got it all powered up here with a little display. We'Ll wait for this truck to go past and then we will get going all right. So i'm starting out here, let's see here what pedal assist level i'm in so right now, i'm in eco mode

 So far. Let'S kick it up to three. There we go now. I can feel a little more kick to it

 Getting going some speed and then it looks like all right now or more or less, i kind of like their top pedal assist i'm gon na slow down here. What i'll head into the street? Of course you've got nice hydraulic brakes, so those are gon na. Be nice and responsive require too much uh on your end, we'll get going on so i'm just gon na throttle here. So the throttle's got a little juice got a little kick to it right at the beginning and nice smooth acceleration on that again, i'm gon na slow down here for the stop sign make sure no one's coming all right again

 Overall the CrossCurrents are the best bang for the buck over other brands because of their battery, quality name brand components and bafang hub motor.

What'S up people here we got the juiced cross. Current x commuter bike. This bike i picked up a few months ago um this is the 500 mile review. I have 543 miles on it at the moment

 If you keep writing at this pace, so 700 divided by 43, i'm not sure what that is. It'S all close to 20, something like that, but my range will be more than 20 because i'm gon na roll down this hill. What goes up must come down. So i need to get back down the hill

 This is a very aggressive ride. So far, three and a half miles been going uphill, i'm averaging 43.7 watt hours per mile. So if it's a 980 pack um, you usually get about 750 out of a kilowatt

 For that this was a 500 mile review juiced cross current x. I recommend it. I give it a 9 out of 10.

The bike is A-war dog this thing is built like a tank I love it I looked at it for a year and I finally pulled the trigger I could not be happier. It did show up with a broken kickstand But of course it came all the way from China to northern Illinois. I called them about the broken kickstand they did everything they could to get me another one I had it within a week iGreat customer service the people on the phone were fantastic what more can you say.Oh I can say this this thing's fast And it rides beautifully

 During the ride I programmed it into the R (race) mode. Now I know why the Juiced e-bikes are a bit heavier than most e-bikes. ( to keep them on the ground!) The (R) mode gives the bike a very nice boost of power and speed. Juiced bikes may want to sell wings as an accessory!

 He told me to bring it to a local bike dealer and have it looked at and fixed and send Juiced bikes the repair costs for the labor. I immediately did so and the bike repair shop found that the derailleur needed adjustment. ($15.00 labor charge)

Hey guys had a lot of requests for this one, I'm looking at the juice, spikes cross-current s and I'm with the founder of the company. This is Torah how's it going man how's it going. Man dude. I I enjoyed the last set of reviews

 Do a brake test. I want to see those, you know, don't hurt yourself, though it's doing quick shifts, oh yeah, nice, and that light really is bright. You definitely get a if there's like a level of awareness. Oh, that's a very important thing to really draw people when you're writing real fast

 So you have plenty of room for your feet, not gon na slide off. Here we go super-smooth, I'm not pushing very hard right now, and it does just feel like a bicycle. Something people frequently comment on with electric bikes like mosh, for example, it's like man, even the Eco mode, like the lowest mode, feels kind of powerful. Like I just wan na cruise, I want to chill you got that here
