External Heat: The door, sides and top didn't get very hot but if you tap the back it's HOT! I wouldn't want that against my wall and they are little bricks so I slide it out when I am using it and until it cools off.

Effortlessly Cook Delicious Meals with the GoWISE USA 15-in-1 Electric Air Fryer Oven

 I have to say I’m disappointed in it at this price point. I really was so excited ordering it and couldn’t wait to get it. I really wanted to love this unit but no.  Also, the inside dimensions of this one are approximately 9 1/2" x 10" and on the Power Air Fryer 8 qt the inside is 10 1/4" by 11 1/2" so how can an over 12 qt, as advertised, be smaller inside than an 8 qt??

Not a good value for the price.

My first attempt with an air fryer. I wanted something big because most of them looked like they were very small and could not handle large meals or cooking for a full week’s worth of meals. One of the first things I wanted to try was to cook (air fry) bacon. This baby will do a full pound of thick sliced bacon with ease

 I used the two shallow mesh trays and then just switched them out about ½ way through. The top of the oven is definitely a hot spot so if you fill it up, you’ll need to adjust expectations to keep from burning. Don’t forget to save the grease in the bottom pan so you can fry your eggs in it later!

 It really just dries the bread out. Maybe go with a real high temp setting & shorter duration.

Versatile well-designed oven & accessories with enormous potential

 Some users will press that to set the timer for a quick 30-second operation while others may actually program in 30 seconds by hitting "Cook, 3, 0, Start." It accomplishes the same thing. The +30 Sec button is only for convenience but does not change the operation of the machine: it still cooks for 30 seconds at high power in both situations.  I hope others find this information helpful and that this experience has been a good lesson learned for the folks at Ming's Mark in regard to providing good customer service

 Oh, it has a keep warm that's what i wanted this one, because it has the form cycle on it. Delay. That'S like the timer, yes, okay, there's the rotisserie or you can go light. Oh cool, okay, turn the light off

Top temperature setting is 430F, which either isn't as high as you get in the smaller, drawer type air fryers, or the element/fan combo in this oven is simply underpowered for the unit. Consequences of this include uneven cooking (darker at the top, undercooked at the bottom) and a lot more time waiting for the cooking cycle to finish

  Other than really just more power, the only other thing I'd wish for in this oven is some sort of heat deflector to redirect hot air from the back of the unit either up or to the sides. This would allow the user to push the oven closer to the wall, saving space without fear of cooking something outside (behind) the unit.  All in all, it's been a moderately useful purchase and for the most part does its assigned job well, if a bit more slowly than expected. While it excels on usable space, it's inferior to my crappy old air fryer in terms of performance

 NOW they sent us a brand new one again to replace that one. Understand we still are not even a year into owning an airfryer from them. We get the "brand new one" we have had that a few months but now we are past the original purchase date of the original order, HOWEVER, this BRAND NEW unit, JUST TRIPPED MY CIRCUIT, THE CORD WAS SO HOT I HAD TO PUT AN OVEN MITT TO UNPLUG IT. The one we bought for our son and his family, That just went dead on them but two weeks after the limited warranty expired
