Not all Mono X printers arrive in working condition
I've owned a number of these printers for work. They are cheap enough to initially purchase, but if your printer stops working, be prepared for lengthy delays before its back up and running. I received this new printer from Amazon and its screen wasn't working. It took me 2 weeks of back and forth with AnyCubic IT before they agreed to send me another monitor and another month to receive it

I hadn't used or even seen a 3d printer in person before I got it. I selected it on on line comments and Youtube reviews (most of which involved someone rating an item that was given to them).
