 Thanks for the quick resolution!  Update: The USB-A port on this device will no longer charge simultaneously while the USB-C port is in use. I’ve tried it on multiple devices/configurations and I’m puzzled! It stopped working recently - I didn’t take it out for travel or anything just yet. This model I got may have been defective.  Previous Review: This device is working great so far, it charges very quickly and works well with an iPhone 11! I was looking for a device that had both USB-C charging capabilities and stumbled across this new one from Anker that included a portable charger too!  Win/win! Good for Travel

This was a great purchase. It's a bit bulky but I love how versatile it is. I only wish they'd places a car charger on it as well, that would make it the whole package! But we've used it when traveling, for multiple phones and tablets and it's great to have. Also nice to plug it in and be able to charge it and electronics at the same time

I love this thing!

Design is great but it doesn’t work with half my charging cables. These are all Apple or Anker cables. Don’t know if I should spend more money and by several more cables or return the charger and find something else.

 My god, Anker you’ve done it again. Quality product. I have it plugged in behind my bed and use the usb c port to charge my phone while I’m at home. When I travel I just unplug it and I got a power brick with extra juice! Highly recommend this product

5 charges will get me out of a jam, so that's fine. It's a GREAT design, being able to use it as a wall charger and a mobile. It doesn't come w/wires. If you buy a wire for the USB-C port you need USB-C to LIGHTNING, not USB-C to USB-A cable

Great design - good for about 1.5 charges

 I was worried they would only send one. They ASSURED me they were sending two AND went so far as to tell me THEY WOULD BE ARRIVING IN TWO SEPERATE SHIPMENTS!!  This is important for two reasons: 1: Because they already knew how they were going to ship them to me so they were on the ball there. 2: When I got the first shipment, I was fuming because they ASSURED me they would replace both. I figured before I shoot off a hot headed email, I'd better re-read through all communications to make sure I didn't miss anything

The product you're going to get is a revision. The first run had a design flaw that would cause the prongs to not be seated properly. I am a long time Anker buyer and this is the first product I've ever had an issue with. I actually bought two and the flaw was on both of them

 I gave the first to my wife so I went ahead and blamed her when the first one started messing up. When I started using the second one and it started messing up, I knew something was wrong because I am perfect in every way!!! Thats a joke, yall!!  I contacted Anker. The cool part is either others had complained or they knew something was wrong because they apologized and assured me they would send me out replacements. Now, I need yall to pay attention to this next part because I feel like most would overlook this and take it for granted but I assure you, most other companies fail in this process

 There are faster 10,000 mAh packs for sure so if speed is your thing then the Red Hat PD Pioneer or the Samsung Superfast may be better options although they're both a little bit more expensive. But other than that this is one of the best general use phone backups that you can get period. I'd put it up there with other top line 10,000 mAh packs like the Mi Ultra Compact which can be a little bit harder to get. So if you can't get the Mi Ultra Compact then this Ugreen may be one of your better options

Best Tiny Power Bank? - UGREEN 20W 10000mAh Test / Review

 The Ugreen 10,000 mAh battery is a tiny little backup power bank capable of 20 watts out.

 Ugreen have been making charging devices for years but this is the first of their power banks

 that I've tested. Being absolutely tiny in size and capable of an above average 20 watts out,

 all for just $30, I was pretty interested for sure. So this week I put it through the ringer,

 lots of testing and I gotta say it's not without its competition but this is a contender for sure.

 Let's break it down. The first thing you notice about this pack is just how small it is.

 Super, super compact. It's narrower than a standard pack but it is ever so slightly deeper.

 It feels incredibly light also. Overall the design is pretty standard other than that.

 It's got the hard plastic case, standard 4 LED light indicator to show the capacity

 and it's got a textured front. Nothing out of the ordinary here but it doesn't feel cheap or

 overly hollow in the plastic or anything like that. The 20 watts out that this pack is capable of is

 definitely not much faster than the standard 18. In fact I really think you'd struggle to notice

 any difference at all when it comes to charge speeds but it will easily charge the latest iPhone

 14 Pro Max in 1 hour and 45 minutes. What this 20 watts out does allow for though is a little

 bit more headroom in terms of great efficiency. You're really not going to lose that much capacity

 at all as you increase the charge speeds. When testing we got 98% efficiency at 5 watts, 93 at

 9, a ridiculous 90% efficiency at 18 watts and what this means is that even at 18 watts out the

 max output for most 10,000 mAh packs you're only wasting 10% of the capacity which is very abnormal.

 This is the speed that most phones are going to charge at most of the time even if they're

 capable of charging at higher speeds for part of their charging period and so to put that in

 perspective only one other pack we've tested at 10,000 mAh is capable of loosing that much capacity

 at the 18 watts and that's the Mi Ultra Compact, one of my favorite packs period. Ultimately this

 translates to more phone charges even when fast charging. You can charge the iPhone 14 Pro Max

 1.85 times, a Samsung 22 Ultra 1.6, really really impressive results and when you consider the size
