The smaller devices like headlamp use negligible power and can be charged occasionally in the evening. A USB-C to USB-C, along with a USBC-to-micro-USB adapter (\~6g) should cover all the cable needs. Over here, a single-port wall wart like Anker PowerPort III Nano weighs in \~30g, but idk if there is something similarly light for your outlets. Do you need the knife, or could Litesmith micro scissors or similar (\~5g) meet your cutting needs for medical supplies and nail trimming?.

Broke too easily. the plastic housing came off of the backing plate. The charging speed was really good and the size is small enough to fit in any backpack... Although I used it only in my house and the backing broke with just me pulling it out of the socket

Anker USB-C charger is small, and the only thing that worries me is that it got hot when I used it to charge up my iPad. But. So far, so good.

I have the anker Powerport PD Nano and i bought an 18watt charger called "Type-C PD 3.0" charger from Five Below that actually works. All of my older phone chargers don't work at all. But for people on a tight budget at the very minimum the $5 charger from Five Below works.

I use the [DOACE universal travel along with a Anker Nano III and a standard Apple 5w USB A charger. I did the math, and this actually weighs less than stuff like the Card Pro adapters, and I believe packs smaller. It’s also way cheaper.
