I’ve tried it on multiple devices/configurations and I’m puzzled! It stopped working recently - I didn’t take it out for travel or anything just yet. This model I got may have been defective. Good for Travel

This was a great purchase. It's a bit bulky but I love how versatile it is. I only wish they'd places a car charger on it as well, that would make it the whole package! But we've used it when traveling, for multiple phones and tablets and it's great to have. Also nice to plug it in and be able to charge it and electronics at the same time

I love this thing!

Design is great but it doesn’t work with half my charging cables. These are all Apple or Anker cables. Don’t know if I should spend more money and by several more cables or return the charger and find something else.

 My god, Anker you’ve done it again. Quality product. I have it plugged in behind my bed and use the usb c port to charge my phone while I’m at home. When I travel I just unplug it and I got a power brick with extra juice! Highly recommend this product

5 charges will get me out of a jam, so that's fine. It's a GREAT design, being able to use it as a wall charger and a mobile. It doesn't come w/wires. If you buy a wire for the USB-C port you need USB-C to LIGHTNING, not USB-C to USB-A cable

 I was worried they would only send one. They ASSURED me they were sending two AND went so far as to tell me THEY WOULD BE ARRIVING IN TWO SEPERATE SHIPMENTS!!  This is important for two reasons: 1: Because they already knew how they were going to ship them to me so they were on the ball there. 2: When I got the first shipment, I was fuming because they ASSURED me they would replace both. I figured before I shoot off a hot headed email, I'd better re-read through all communications to make sure I didn't miss anything

The product you're going to get is a revision. The first run had a design flaw that would cause the prongs to not be seated properly. I am a long time Anker buyer and this is the first product I've ever had an issue with. I actually bought two and the flaw was on both of them

 I gave the first to my wife so I went ahead and blamed her when the first one started messing up. When I started using the second one and it started messing up, I knew something was wrong because I am perfect in every way!!! Thats a joke, yall!!  I contacted Anker. The cool part is either others had complained or they knew something was wrong because they apologized and assured me they would send me out replacements. Best Portable Solar Charger of 2022 - GearLab

  I tested the panels on an overcast day (June 20, 2019) on a Brooklyn rooftop, and on June 24th, in full sunlight, on mid-day, at the same location. I used fixed and variable loads to find the maximum power point.  On the sunny day, with perfect aim (a few degrees off vertical), it delivered 2.1A continuously, at 5

4A, 20% beyond what the device itself says it can do, but it fell back after a few seconds. This is not acceptable.  On the overcast day, the Ryno delivered a maximum of 500mA before collapsing, about 2.5Watts

 25% of full capacity is acceptable in these conditions. When not aimed directly at the sun during the sunny day, power dropped off by 50%. This is acceptable, too.  The other panel I tested, "Solar 21", was even worse

Severely overstate the capacity - ABSOLUTE max it can do is 12 watts. NOT 21. Best case.

 The only thing you have to worry about with this charger is someone stealing it from you because it's so awesome - I'm not kidding about this. Juice in the outdoors is a tough commodity, so keep it out of sight or secure it somehow. I haven't tried hiking with it but with so many mounting points, I have absolutely zero worries about doing so. Of course, you can charge your devices directly through the panel, but I think it's a lot better to charge up a few battery packs and then use those as you need them

Essential item for camping!

 It isn't very fast, but it still charged our two iPhones, a battery pack, and an iPad without issue (not all at once, you can charge two things at a time max). We laid it on a tree stump in full sun and connected our devices. We put the devices under the charger to keep them out of full sun, and I am pleased with it's performance on all three device types. Please remember - it's a charger, not a battery
