 Thanks for the quick resolution!  Update: The USB-A port on this device will no longer charge simultaneously while the USB-C port is in use. I’ve tried it on multiple devices/configurations and I’m puzzled! It stopped working recently - I didn’t take it out for travel or anything just yet. This model I got may have been defective. I was looking for a device that had both USB-C charging capabilities and stumbled across this new one from Anker that included a portable charger too!  Win/win! Good for Travel

This was a great purchase. It's a bit bulky but I love how versatile it is. I only wish they'd places a car charger on it as well, that would make it the whole package! But we've used it when traveling, for multiple phones and tablets and it's great to have. Also nice to plug it in and be able to charge it and electronics at the same time

I love this thing!

Design is great but it doesn’t work with half my charging cables. These are all Apple or Anker cables. Don’t know if I should spend more money and by several more cables or return the charger and find something else.

 My god, Anker you’ve done it again. Quality product. I have it plugged in behind my bed and use the usb c port to charge my phone while I’m at home. When I travel I just unplug it and I got a power brick with extra juice! Highly recommend this product

5 charges will get me out of a jam, so that's fine. It's a GREAT design, being able to use it as a wall charger and a mobile. It doesn't come w/wires. If you buy a wire for the USB-C port you need USB-C to LIGHTNING, not USB-C to USB-A cable

 I was worried they would only send one. They ASSURED me they were sending two AND went so far as to tell me THEY WOULD BE ARRIVING IN TWO SEPERATE SHIPMENTS!!  This is important for two reasons: 1: Because they already knew how they were going to ship them to me so they were on the ball there. 2: When I got the first shipment, I was fuming because they ASSURED me they would replace both. I figured before I shoot off a hot headed email, I'd better re-read through all communications to make sure I didn't miss anything

The product you're going to get is a revision. The first run had a design flaw that would cause the prongs to not be seated properly. I am a long time Anker buyer and this is the first product I've ever had an issue with. I actually bought two and the flaw was on both of them

 I gave the first to my wife so I went ahead and blamed her when the first one started messing up. When I started using the second one and it started messing up, I knew something was wrong because I am perfect in every way!!! Thats a joke, yall!!  I contacted Anker. The cool part is either others had complained or they knew something was wrong because they apologized and assured me they would send me out replacements. Now, I need yall to pay attention to this next part because I feel like most would overlook this and take it for granted but I assure you, most other companies fail in this process

I like that there is the option to charge more than one device at a time, however if you're like me, brand loyalty is big and thus the majority of my devices use USB-C ports, so it's not a feature I can utilize often. With that said, the life of the battery is spectacular. I've gotten 4 full charges for my phone and a full charge for my tablet without issue. It's convenient to have the outlet plug instead of (another) USB-cable charging system
