The media could not be loaded. Most hilariously broken product I've ever have had. Usually a product can disappoint u by not working as expected, or as described. This one directly put my safety at risk, thanks to this Anker super dude, we had smoke all over the charging spot and incredibly dangerous fire hazard, and at some point I would never have imagined what to do if I hadn't had it cut off from the plug

 Typically if I use mine once, I charge it at first chance. Nothing worse than having a battery but not having it have enough to power you again while you're out. It's a good habit to get into for these smaller batteries.

Solid little charger backed by real service if you ever need it.

 The PowerCore 5000 has a 5000 mAh battery, is a little taller and is a cylinder shape. The Flip 20 has a 5200 mAh battery, is shorter and rectangular in shape. Over all this is a great charger and look forward to using it all the time especially on weekend trips. I like the 2A max output over the 1A on the astro mini

 Used it 3 times and works great. Checked my laptops manufacture site and my laptop’s subreddit to see if it would accept this adapter’s voltage and watts.
