The media could not be loaded. Most hilariously broken product I've ever have had. Usually a product can disappoint u by not working as expected, or as described. This one directly put my safety at risk, thanks to this Anker super dude, we had smoke all over the charging spot and incredibly dangerous fire hazard, and at some point I would never have imagined what to do if I hadn't had it cut off from the plug

 Typically if I use mine once, I charge it at first chance. Nothing worse than having a battery but not having it have enough to power you again while you're out. It's a good habit to get into for these smaller batteries.

Solid little charger backed by real service if you ever need it.

 The PowerCore 5000 has a 5000 mAh battery, is a little taller and is a cylinder shape. The Flip 20 has a 5200 mAh battery, is shorter and rectangular in shape. Over all this is a great charger and look forward to using it all the time especially on weekend trips. I like the 2A max output over the 1A on the astro mini

This is the lightest and most compact stand we tested.  There are faster 10,000 mAh packs for sure so if speed is your thing then the Red Hat PD Pioneer or the Samsung Superfast may be better options although they're both a little bit more expensive. But other than that this is one of the best general use phone backups that you can get period. I'd put it up there with other top line 10,000 mAh packs like the Mi Ultra Compact which can be a little bit harder to get. So if you can't get the Mi Ultra Compact then this Ugreen may be one of your better options

 It feels incredibly light also. Overall the design is pretty standard other than that. It's got the hard plastic case, standard 4 LED light indicator to show the capacity and it's got a textured front. Nothing out of the ordinary here but it doesn't feel cheap or overly hollow in the plastic or anything like that
