 With a 2.1A USB wall charger, it takes roughly 10 hours to charge. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend using a charger with less than 2A as it will take much longer to charge. This will be powering an S7 and an S8 and I’m very happy with the charging time

 Both phones have a 3000mAh battery. From the lower percentages, it charges quickly up to about 70%, then it charges more slowly.  (****) = Battery light meter after charge completed Charge 1: 28%-100%, 1h 44m, (****) Charge 2: 35%-100%, 1h 42m, (****)^ Charge 3: 20%-100%, 1h 46m, (***) Charge 4: 20%-100%, 1h 46m, (**) Charge 5: 20%-100%, 1h 35m, (*) Charge 6: 11%-82%, 1h 13m, (--)^^ (^ = Forgot to remove phone from charger for a few extra minutes after charging finished) (^^ = Battery meter was blinking from about 20%-82% when it died)  I did a test with both phones charging from it, however it was overnight, they were left on the charger, and consumed more battery than they normally would if removing after 100%. I believe the battery pack charged both, and depleted after about 1

 It’s not ‘heavy’, but it does have a small amount of noticeable weight and it’s not uncomfortable. I can put it in my front jeans pocket and it sticks out slightly. If you were to put it in a backpack you’d probably not notice it that much. It comes with a soft/mesh drawstring carrying case

Anker PowerCore 20100 – Review by a Frequent Flyer Business Traveler Most of us would agree that we all carry or own multiple devices in this day and age and they all need frequent (1x /2x/3x times a day) recharging after continuous usage. I personally travel a lot for work and I find myself needing battery juice for my devices on a very frequent basis. I carry 2 cell phones and 1 tablet for work.  I obviously own couple of power banks to charge my phone during my flights or at the airports

 I have seen people at Airports, Hotels, Coffee Shops, Office Receptions, Disney World, Museums (yes), Casinos etc plugged into power outlets. Phones and tablets are more advanced but they need battery juice and manufacturers have conveniently taken spare battery option out of the devices e.g. Samsung

Anker PowerCore 20100 – Review by a Frequent Flyer Business Traveler

Bought this when it was released, given the specs being advertised. Unfortunately, it doesn't charge @ 2A or even close to it. It's not an issue with a cable -- I've tested several cables that all charge at around 1A - 2A on another Anker device, as seen in the attached pictures.  I've reached out to Anker for assistance and received no help

 I'd recommend charging this pack overnight and it'll be ready to roll in the morning. After using this pack for several months, I'd recommend it to anyone without reservation, especially for it's battery strength and size. This is just about as much power as you can take with you in a small package and it hasn't let me down once. I'd buy another one with zero hesitation

 It does take considerable time to recharge it (roughly 8-10 hours), especially if it's completely drained. In my personal opinion, I believe the slow charge is to ensure the pack charges efficiently and correctly, just like a traditional battery charger. I'd recommend charging this pack overnight and it'll be ready to roll in the morning. After using this pack for several months, I'd recommend it to anyone without reservation, especially for it's battery strength and size

 Anker makes some VERY nice cables that are perfect for the sportsman and the outdoors.  For the family, this thing can be a big lifesaver, providing essential power during an emergency or family trip when the kids need some more tablet time or during a power outage. This also comes with a carry pouch and a 3ft USB cable which is a big plus. The only downside to this pack is the recharge time

You can't find this kind of portable power, at this price, that performs like Anker products perform.

 I used this to top it off before using it. I let it charge overnight (about 6 hours) to achieve a full charge before using.

5. I tested this with 2 phones. Very impressed with how much battery life is left on the battery pack after charging 4 times from 0-16% to 100% full.

 Luckily, the sleep mode can be overriden by clicking the indicator button on the powerbank. You can also unplug and replug the USB cable connected to the power bank to turn it on.

I charged it on some of the worst power grids around the globe and it wasn't till the Philippines when she just couldn't take it anymore and just stopped taking a charge. The battery charged my electrical devices but wouldn't take a charge so while I was in the Philippines I came back on Amazon and researched Anker warranty

 So, I emailed Anker with the requested purchase information and after an individual named Julia asked me a few questions a new Anker Battery was sent to my house in America and arrived exactly one day before I flew in from the Philippines. I can say that Anker's products are top notch but the real test of a company is do they actually support their warranty . Just the small form factor alone makes this charger worth it, but then add on it is cheaper than the Apple charger and BINGO! I have some large cables plugged into a surge protector, because of that I was unable to plug the Apple 20w charger in because of its larger form factor, I bought this smaller, but equivalent charger and it fits perfect even with the larger cables plugged into my surge protector.

99$ which was a fair price considering the current its capable of. But I am hoping we will see these hit 15$ for Holiday 2019 and/or a combo deal with a cable for under 25$. Either way , if you are buying this for 20$ or less its a value. Over that, you start to get into some more competent options that have more current available (RAVpower comes to mind)

 On the PowerPort III Nano, I am ok with it. It is still small enough to disappear into your pocket that the prongs don’t bother me.  The finish currently available is a white matte square-tube design with a silver ANKER logo on the side, and slightly bubbled gloss white face with IQ3 on it. Although a little larger than the Apple unit, if I handed it to you in the dark you couldn’t tell the difference

  So far this unit has been very reliable despite my attempts to torture it. If anything changes, I will update this review to reflect that immediately. Space-conscious replacement for the Apple 18w that delivers on looks and POWER.

I have the anker Powerport PD Nano and i bought an 18watt charger called "Type-C PD 3.0" charger from Five Below that actually works. All of my older phone chargers don't work at all. But for people on a tight budget at the very minimum the $5 charger from Five Below works
