The only thing that makes me give them 3 starts is that that they already started to fall apart, and I did not feel like they were 100% waterproof walked through some water and it felt like water came through. My daughter had bought some Colombians hiking books and I think hers held up just as well for a cheaper price. I feel like for what you pay you they should last longer!

The most disappointing feature of this boot is that they didn't put gaiter hooks/velcro on this model. I don't understand why, and I can't even use Altra's short stretchy gaiters over this boot.
