I think Bedo’s Leatherworks is familiar to many of you, and the shop’s stellar reputation is why I chose them to make some minor modifications to my mostly brand new Alden 403 Indy boots in brown chromexcel. The boots were gifted to me for Christmas and quickly became my favorite pair of footwear. An aesthetic issue with one of the welts turned into an opportunity for me to make some minor changes that I thought could improve (to my liking) an already great product.

Fit is impeccable. The (to my surprise) large block heel, the 5E width, and the heavy broguing would all be out of place individually but when combined, it creates a super heavy look that works. * Alden Indy 403 in Horween Brown Chromexcel. Trubalance last 8EEE

I have an old pair of Bogs which are completely worn out. I was pleasantly surprised at the improvements of the new ones. The traction is very impressive. There appears to be something in the sole that grips bare ice

 This makes it so my feet don't sweat which always leads to cold toes when you sit or stand for a while after lots of walking in the cold. They just feel comfortable and don't sweat. I'll be getting a pair for my dad. You won't regret purchasing these boots!

Waterproof, the pinnacle of comfort,  and don't overheat my feet!

I usually don't do reviews but these boots are great, very comfortable and slip resistant, so warn I believe they had my feet sweating a little, I only needed one pair of socks, not two or three to help keep warn like I did before, you won't be disappointed...

Best cold and wet weather investment I've made

Very well made Bog's boots which was very well padded inside. Have not tested in the extreme cold weather but would be expecting no less than what the company claims for withstanding -40 degree Fahrenheit. It was very convenient to return at Kohl's store near us. No hassles

The Boots are very well made but If we put on thick wool socks it will be small to fit.
