 I love the battery reliability and the ruggedness of the sight design. I shoot indoors and outdoors and I like how it does not fog up easily due to temp changes.  I haven’t even had to change the battery yet as the battery life is so good. It was easy to install and easy to sight in for great shooting accuracy

  The sight comes with a high quality mount that has a large tool-less tightening knob on the side for your mounting to your gun's rail. The knob is torque-limiting and as you pick the location on your rail that you want to use and then tighten the knob until it clicks 3 times and it is tight. After 200 rounds at the range I turned the knob and it easily clicked again so after a lot of use you should check the tightness of the scope.  In my video I flip up my Vortex 3X scope and I sight through the rear lens cap when it is down

The media could not be loaded. This is a marvelous red dot scope that provides exceptional shooting performance on the range. It is ultra-high quality and easy to sight in and use. This is a new design with changes to the caps that cover the elevation, windage and battery compartments

 This is BS and I can see people at the range, outdoors or in the military losing the cap and thus the Aimpoint Pro sight is no longer working. Heck I tightened the battery cover pretty tight and after 200 rounds it was loose just from gun vibration. This is a flaw IMHO of their design and they probably saved a nickel. It needs a strap and that is my only complaint about the scope

A new cap design and excellent performance on the range, it's bad to the bone!

I went from using a cheap Aim Sports Aimpoint t1 knock off, which don't get me wrong it's a great optic for Airsoft, but nothing more, to the Aimpoint PRO. The first thing I noticed about it is its heft; nice and solid, and not too heavy. The mount that is included is pretty nice too.

On top of that, it will last about three years, constant on, I imagine that's probably on a low setting. Also, the Aimpoint Pro has a 2 MOA dot size, which is pretty nice. Now what's really cool about this optic is that it has these two flip-up lids, one on the front and one on the back, and what's really cool about that is it will protect the glass ultimately, but at the same time, if you want to leave both of these shut, now I should note that the front is completely blacked out, and the back actually has a little about a nickel-sized piece of glass on it

 So the Aimpoint Pro, this is a pretty good optic for what it is, and there's a plethora of really good optics that you can put on your weapon, specifically an AR platform rifle. The Aimpoint Pro is the go-to for a lot of people, and that's for a very specific reason. Is The Aimpoint Pro Worth It?

 You may not see more or less of the target looking through it. But for me, having that open area around that little red dot and being able to see more of it through the optic itself, I just feel like I have a better field of view when I'm looking through this. Also to me, when I'm using a magnifier behind a 30 millimeter tube red dot, I feel like I also have a better field of view. So unlike using an endpoint micro and a magnifier, using an endpoint magnifier in something like this, just it feels better to me

 The bore is in line with the stock so I needed a little bit lifted higher but if you were going to be running it on something else that would have a stock that is actually lower than the bore then you might want to lower the optic down a little bit more as well. So it gives you the option to remove a spacer that's in here in order to bring that sight down or put the spacer back in to lift it back up. Now this optic is also mil-spec type 3 hard anodized coated so it's got kind of a nice semi matte finish to it. It's not glossy or reflective at all, I like that a lot

 Nice thing about that is you're never going to over tension with this mount on it. Now this is a modular mount as well so you know on top of it being tool-less you can raise it and lower it depending on you know how you want your co-witness to be or whether or not you even need a co-witness or you're putting it on a different type of rifle. For instance right now I have it on a 7.62x39 AR-15

56 NATO) gun owner!! The sight responded well to adjustments! Seems to be holding ZERO very well with what ammo I've fired so far! It has very clear optics! Having the turret adjusting bits built onto the turret caps works very well! There is no issues with the quality or function of this sight that I can find, but I'm thinking that the same sight upgraded to the larger tube and lenses might be NICE! but it would be larger and it cost more! Very Nice for the money!

I received this in the factory sealed box, and with the factory tamper proof seal in tact! The sight came boxed with the, Mounting key, Lens cloth, Battery, 2 mounts, lens cap, Instruction Sheet. This is a very nice sight, easy to mount, clear optics. Clearing up the misinformation about this sight. A few things that's important to know about the optic! (1) Read over the instruction sheet, don't just think you've had these types of sights before and you know how this one works and end up leaving bad reviews

 Make sure when you peel the sticker off from the battery that all the adhesive is cleaned off of the battery itself. _______________________________________________________________________ !Caution! the brightness adjustments in either direction ISN'T A PUSH & HOLD operation!!!!! its momentary CLICKS! That means that the brightness setting isn't a constant veritable, its in CLICKED STEPS! !Caution! holding down for more than one second on either the Plus or the Minus button actually turns the optic sight OFF (totally powering it down) meaning that just clicking the brightness buttons (Plus or Minus) will not do anything until the optic sight is "Turned Back On" Bottom line on the misinformation of this optic, its has some higher level electronics then the standard red dots, its not rocket science to understand, but its cause for a lot of these being returned and the reason for a lot of the low rated reviews. Its NOT only "Auto Powered Controlled" it can be Turned Off, and it can be done so by accident. PLEASE read over the instruction sheet FIRST before you box this sight up and return it, its quality enough to deserve that much attention

Incorrect information in some reveiws!

Bought this for my B&T GHM9. Have not had any problems with this sight whatsoever. Installed it, zeroed it, and haven't done anything to it since. Seems plenty durable and has held zero just fine

 The brightness adjustment buttons on top are nice and clicky and easy to press. Would recommend this optic.

Great budget sight

 It’s not a huge issue but at dusk it is a bit darker than a holosun or T1. Otherwise I think think this optic is a great value for what it is. I don’t anticipate taking this thing into battle anywhere so I don’t need something crazy durable as it’s durable enough with me bumping it around when I run drills. If I need a battle ready optic I’ll run an Aimpoint or eotech but for range trips and drills and normal stuff it’s just fine

So first, I purchased this red dot because it was cheap. I have an AK that ive shot maybe twice for a total of 20-30 rounds. My plan was to put an optic on it so I could run for a while since I got a ton of 762x39. I have a number of holosuns and wanted something different and didn’t feel like breaking the bank on an Aimpoint so the Romeo 5 fit the bill
